Was a pleasant stay, friendly staff especially receptionist Simon who went out of his way to help, assist, and make the stay more enjoyable. Will recommend to others and really appreciate Simon. Also Asda and Starbucks next door, peaceful environment.

Both shower gel / shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty which I thought very poor. Building is worn and tired looking. Staff however were welcoming and the location was good for me. Place needs a spruce up as it has potential.

I arrived at this hotel was greeted by Simon the manager couldn't have been more helpful The hotel was very clean with all amenities available So happy will definitely be back again in the near future Also near by was Starbucks also a place for a meal this 20% off your meal fantastic

I really enjoyed my stay here at Haydock Travelodge. Came late in the afternoon had lots of help from staff member Lisa who helped with my bags and gave me a ground floor room due to no lift. 20% discount at the pub came in handy.

We stayed here at short notice and chose the location as it was convenient for the M6. We felt so welcomed on arrival by a lovely receptionist. The hotel was clean and parking was easy. The cheerful man on reception when we left made us really feel like valued customers.

Value for money this is the worst hotel I’ve paid for, the whole building smelled of cannabis. The room was outdated and the carpet was worn and the bathroom was stinking. The noise through the night was awful and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you like all of the above and are happy living like a animal

Me and my family Stayed here for 3 nights while attending a family wedding. Had a lovely welcome at the front desk from Simon who was very helpful to us throughout our stay. We had 2 family rooms, both rooms were clean and we had a very nice comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you so much team at Travelodge Haydock St Helens.

Great atmosphere with very friendly staff who are always ready to help. Room was nice and tidy when checking in and overall a great experience. Highly recommended for a stop over/long trip. Close to Starbucks and Costco Fuel station.
