The staff we found to freindly helpful, particularly in the bar and the restaurant. We had a great couple of days the only problem with this hotel is that it is quite a way out of Liverpool centre. We were in the upper deck and maybe they were a bit tight with coffee machine but they were happy to give...

Arranged to meet a customer here for a lunch meeting at her suggestion both of us found it difficult to access as had driven past it on the motorway so had to do a long detour to com back and access it from the other direction. Plenty of seating, not overly busy for lunch. I chose the chicken tikka masala,...

I booked a night away with partner and upgraded to a superior room. I was left disappointed as the room was fairly small and the bathroom was very dated at this particular location compared to the Coventry Village. I was expecting more for an upgraded hotel room at the Village.

Initial views of the hotel are very good. Plenty of free parking and a nice reception. Easy check in on tablets where you can register your own room key ect. Very helpful staff on the desk during our arrival - this was very nice and made us feel welcome. We have upgraded to a 'Club Room' or 'Upper Deck' room....

Traffic noise from the adjacent M57 would be a problem for some. Heating was minimal. The breakfast was lukewarm and pretty tasteless: the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had - so much so that we skipped...

More attention to detail needed and guests should be told of any party nights because the level of noise is completely unacceptable to go on till midnight! Not a enjoyable break but an endurable one. No curtains in bedrooms just cheap blinds.
