Decent place to stay whilst on business, excellent gym. Room price is good value, bar price definitely less so. Some of the facilities in-room are looking a little tired (e.g. bathroom fittings). Some extremely noisy guests at12:30, 01:45 and 02:40 last night...

Went here as it was near the church I had to go to for a funeral. My first room was clean and tidy but the bathroom needed decorating. I was kindly moved to a room with a walkin shower without having to ask after I mentioned I had trouble getting into the bath for a shower. This room was perfect....

The doors bang so loud when someone comes back to the room, I stopped in the upper deck which is supposed to be a superior room, no point wasting money on this if you don't sleep through the night because of noisy doors banging

We booked our Christmas doo for this hotel. 3 course meal, disco, dancing and drinks, 20+ of us sounded amazing. All excited with our outfits bought, hair, nail, and makeup all booked. Today, (1 week before our doo) one of the party called to check something, only to find out they had cancelled it on us but not informed anyone....

Dated rooms that need modernising. Bathroom looks dirty. Poor beds that move with sheets that don't fit. Don't stop in a room with an interconnected room - you'll think the neighbour is in your room all night!

Stayed for one night on Saturday 26th November for the Creamfields Steel Yard event and the hotel was really nice, even better than what we expected it to be and would definitely stay here again. Was about 15-20 min taxi drive to where the event was on the docks.

We loved this hotel in the past and always tried to get a booking there (which isn't always possible as it was popular). The hotel just looks tired and drab now and the cost saving measures - such as check-in machine - are disappointing. We splashed out on a club room - what a waste of money. We paid Paris...

Avoid Saturday nights. Stay completely ruined by drunken guests shouting and rampaging along the corridor. Decent hotel if you get the budget price. Shame about sleep quality. Advertised as a airport hotel, but you would not want to stay here for an early flight under theses circumstances.
