We stayed here in November for a short break. We were made very welcome, the room was warm and comfortable, breakfast very tasty and prepared fresh. Pat and Bernard are very friendly and welcoming, it was just where we needed to be. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Only a short walk up from the beach this cottage is right in the middle of Crantock. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the welcome was friendly, breakfast was good. It is also just a few minutes walk from a good local pub where the food was delicious - although you do need to book in advance to...

Ensuite rooms which are bright & clean are located within the main cottage which is owned by Pat & Bernard and is their home. Full choice of breakfasts perfectly cooked by Bernard. Hosts extremely welcoming; we enjoyed chatting to them over breakfast and being shown Bernard's MGs which are his pride and joy. We will be back if we visit...

Accommodation is first class, spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens maintained by Pat and a lovely hearty breakfast cooked up by Bernie. Pat and Bernie are that friendly, my wife and I...

Pat & Bernard (an MG enthusiast) really do make you feel at home in this lovely, quite, comfortable B&B which is situated in a great little village by the sea. Good food both at Carden Cottage and in nearby pubs/cafes. We came here for a wedding anniversary break and we will be back again.

Excellent B&B with fantastic hosts who could not do enough for us. They went above and beyond what you expect from a B&B. A warm welcome after a long day walking in the rain, good advice on local pubs and support to make it to the train station the following day. They even posted back the items we accidently left...

While walking the coastal path from Padstow to StIves I stopped over at Carden Cottage in the lovely village of Crantock. I was greeted at the front door by owner Bernard, and was immediately made to feel very welcome. The cottage is lovely, being detached and away from the road. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely on-suite....
