Warm and friendly reception on arrival. The rooms were clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. the beds are fantastic. After a long motorbike ride i had one of the best nights sleep in ages. I will definitely use Premier Inn again. Great breakfast too.

Arrived at 9.30pm on Thursday 30th June. Booked into Brewers Fayre for a meal as had a long 6 hour journey down. Got the drinks at Bar and ordered. Starters arrived and were poor. Main meal turned up and you needed a chainsaw to cut the ribs, the chicken was all wet and runny!! Sent it back to get a...

My boyfriend and I arrived, checked in and went to our room. It was a nice resonable size room but the price is so expensive! £111 for one night! We both had bad night sleep, so much noise coming from outside, the window had a block round it so couldn't open it full, no air conditioning, so was baking hot...

How disappointing is was when we checked in at the Premier Inn at Hayle to be told that there were no meals being served between 22 to 29 June and having had our room and breakfast booked since March, no communication had been received from Premier Inn informing us of the refurbishment of the Brewers Fayre next door and that...

My husband and I stayed at the Premier inn in June for 3 nights and the room was very clean, good size bed and good size room, tea/coffee tray. Unfortunately there was no air con and instead they've put an air fan. When we asked at the reception why there is no AC they guy said that all rooms in...

Just had five nights and found it to be friendly welcoming and more importantly very clean. We were booked in by a lovely lady called Joy who was absolutely great and really suited her name. All of the other people who work there were just the same, friendly welcoming and happy. Will definitely stay there again I hope the same...

The Premier Inn at Hayle is ideally situated to tour the lower end of Cornwall. The dissapointment was in the poor quality of food served at the adjoining restaurant. Found a far better place less than a mile away. The rooms are worth the stars but the restaurant deserved nothing.

We've stayed here several times and this time the refurbished rooms were a pleasant welcome for us. Two nights in a freshly redecorated, re-carpeted, re-tiled & re-furnished room. Bliss! I hope they'll still be as fresh when we return in November. The room was quite hot but there was a pedestal fan which sorted us out for a good night's...

A very hospitable welcome from Joy the receptionist on a very busy friday evening check-in. Rooms were brilliantly sized, beds always comfortable, bathroom and the bedroom absolutely spotless, but... Too warm in the rooms, as we were situated on the ground floor leaving the window ajar all night was disconcerting and the fan that was provided was too noisy. It's...
