Brilliant new hotel in a brand new air-condition room. A must stay if you re in Cornwall and next to great facilities. Its a short drive into Helston and within easy reach of the best beach the UK has to offer.

Everything we have come to expect from a Premier. Great service & clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was freshly cooked, very tasty & served by smiling staff. Very good quiet position. Plenty of parking. Close to lots of beautiful places to visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rural location, close to Helston and close to plenty of places to visit in the area. The co-located May Tree restaurent was also excellent, serving good beer and food.

This has been recently extended and the refurbished area is to an excellent standard, far higher that you would expect from a traditional Premier Inn. Staff were very friend, and lots of car parking. Only negative (nothing that Premier Inn can do) is that phone signal is literally non-existent in the building!

This Inn has been extended and refurbished to a good standard. It was quiet and relaxing which is what you need after a long drive and a days work. The room I had was new, it could not be faulted, it also had a nice view across open fields. A very good inn, as are the staff

Newly decorated/refurbished room & bathroom Rm 32. Good value for money. Very comfortable & clean - if you want to sleep in perhaps ask for an upstairs rm as we were woken by occupants above us walking around! Would stay again.

Stayed for a couple of nights to visit family nearby. Staff in both the hotel and the pub/restaurant were very friendly and efficient, and the cooked breakfasts are great. Also had a very nice evening meal. Food was plentiful, tasty and arrived very quickly on all three occasions. Loved the little black and white cat who makes a fuss of...

Pros : Overall the stay was very good with a very clean room, everything was as expected of a short stay no frills hotel, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and the breakfast, although a little expensive despite the range available, and it was quiet. Cons : The WiFi is atrocious despite paying for the upgrade package but a...

Premier Inn with its usual clean and comfortable facilities. A good food pub with real ales and a varied reasonably priced menu on the same site. Situated with easy access to the Lizard, Penzance, Lands End and St Ives without the high tourist prices of these places. .

Lovely staff, hotel is a bit isolated and old but comfortable. But be prepared for breakfast which is off site. It's not the usual Premier Inn standard. Had to book breakfast table, queues for buffet and then a wait for the hot food ( which has to be ordered). Not the usual relaxed Premier Inn breakfast we love.
