Nice family-owned B&B where a couple of aged person will host you in their comfortable home. Room is big, with classic wooden furniture, nice accessories and a good view from front window. Breakfast is home made Home is up a narrow and steep slope not easy for parking, but they let us park our bike in the small yard in...

There was a wedding in town so, even 4 months in advance, we found it hard to find somewhere to stay in Kingsand for one night while waling the coast path. One of the pubs referred us to Cliff House. The booking process was a bit cumbersome. I was sent a booking form, which I returned and was then sent...

Sorry...but I do disagree with most of the other reviewers. Firstly, Cliff House doesn't look anything like the Trip Advisor picture ? The house is very old, and inside, looks & smells like it. My room, at the back was comfortable but drab. A bit of styled decoration wouldn't have gone amiss. Very old furniture, floors that creaked badly, and...

I was walking on the coastal path and this B&B is ideally situated right on the route. The building is absolutely gorgeous and my room, at the back, was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was way above average quality. It's just a shame it was so expensive.

Well took me a while to find the hotel to make this review as the photos of the front are completely different, this B&B is not a cottage in a field on its own but on a street with houses on all sides but the address is correct so not sure why the photos are misleading That aside this is...

This was an ideal place to stay for the wedding at Polhawn Fort. We had a warm welcome and the room had great views. It was large and comfortable. Parking is restricted but the owners moved their car to allow us to use the drive. The village had great pub food. Breakfast at the house was very tasty and plentiful....

Spacious and spotless room with great beds and lovely linen. Good views from all the windows and all in all a quiet and restful space, perhaps due to the fact that all the other guests were quite elderly. So, possibly best suited to the older customer. While the breakfast was good and hearty, it didn't make the gourmet grade as...

We (2 Norwegians) stayed her one night while walking the SWCP. The Cliff House was in a very quiet area and very close to a local pub - where we ate dinner. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and our host very friendly. The place was just as we...

I had a great few days here. I loved Kingsand; and Cliff House is an old characterful building with lovely paintings and a tasty breakfast. Service was warm and friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.

We arrived in the dark after getting very lost with the sat nav - Anne greeted us on arrival and assisted with our luggage (mostly my shoes)... The room was very pleasant we opted for the rear of the guest house - what a big mistake as the view from the front of the guest house was stunning and I...
