Very cheerful staff. Excellent pub next-door. No problem finding it by Sat nav but inside both the hotel and restaurant there was no mobile signal. The adjacent pub had a specials board. the evening meal and breakfast were standard good quality and tasty.

Good hotel with a good restaurant attached. Sat nav struggles with the location as it is on the exit road to the A38 and so confusing the navigation as you go back on yourself . Handy for fuel at morrisons nearby and only 8 miles from Looe. Easy location for St austell , Padstow and Port Isacc. Bodmin moor close...

I stopped off at this hotel because my booking for another place had disappeared into the internet ether, I was exhausted and needed somewhere to sleep. The receptionist was a delight. The night concierge was charming and friendly. I slept on the beds so famously advertised like a baby. The shower was easy to get to temperature, the hairdryer was...

The hotel is easy to find and has adequate parking space, although this is shared with the restaurant next door and we found we could not always get a disabled bay. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and we heard no noise from the nearby road. As in any hotel, the beds may not...

We overnighted here to attend a family event, locally. There was nothing wrong with the room but the hotel interior looks in need of some loving care. If you re looking for a reasonably priced room for the night, conveniently located for easy access from the A38 and on the edge of town, this will do the job...but you won't...

this was a very nice place to stay. There was a tavern next door where the food was very good and nicely furnished. The hotel room was fine and the bed was very comfortable which is very important to me. Staff were friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and would certainly choose a Premier Inn again, hoping it is...

Firstly, kelly our waitress was excellent. It is just a shame that the food at the table table restaurant did not match her high standards. I ordered a surf and turf with fillet steak as an upgrade. I did ask for proper chips and got skinny fries, and when it returned with proper chips i was missing the salad. Unfortunately...

This is a Good Premier Inn Hotel and has good staff who are very helpful and professional The rooms are of a good size, plenty of electrical sockets but no shaver adaptors (reception will lend you one), and have shower jel/soap dispensers which are refilled daily Would stay here again Recommended - Enjoy
