We had a wonderful stay here in what was quite likely the best B&B we have stayed in by Far. A wonderful property, comfortable, clean, quiet and with stunning views. The Breakfast was great and our room was great too.

We were unable to find fault with the excellent meals, well appointed bedroom, lounge & bar etc. We found everything to be as their website had said, if we had wanted a health spa, games room or such like we would have chosen elsewhere. Although it is child free it is not a mausoleum because you were able to talk...

What a refreshing change this Guest House was tastefully decorated exceptionally clean and the food was presented beautifully and tasted Devine. Patrick and Julie are excellent hosts and I was really impressed with the breakfast room crisp, clean lovely fresh table linen and china. The views over the countryside were spectacular, the garden typically Cornish. Will definitely be returning.

Loved our Easter weekend stay here. The owners were lovely and helpful, the hotel is steeped in character, but tastefully modified for all modern conveniences, you would expect in todays world. Very clean and lovely food. Would definitely stay again

Patrick and Julie the perfect hosts serve excellent food and nothing to much trouble. The house is full of Character with lovely rooms and furniture. It was the home of former local mill owner Mr Blany who owned the mill at Combe Junction a very historic Building with extensive grounds

“All great, but no lifts (it is a house), if you have serious mobility issues book rooms on the first floor, second may be less than ideal”
