The service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. The train station and shops are very close with in few minutes walk. Thank you so much for making our stay happy and comfortable. Can't wait to go back next year.

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights at the Penrose and were delighted with everything. Our room (superior twin on the 1st floor) was very spacious, and with a very comfortable king-sized bed plus a single, we didn't need the 2 beds (usually beds in b&b's have 4ft 6 beds which we find too small for us). There was...

Heidi and Chris were great hosts. Our room was large and comfortable with a king size and a single bed. Also a table and two chairs, tea and coffee and biscuits. The ensuite was large. Breakfast had everything we could possibly want. There was also good free wifi on all floors. We would definitely come here again.
