One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Welcoming and attentive staff. A great English country hotel. Very romantic. Great walks along the coastline path. And for the fit. Try steps down the cliff to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay from the minute we arrived. A lovely welcome by very friendly staff, a gorgeous room with a great view, very clean and modern decor (but in keeping with the gorgeous period atmosphere of the property). We had drinks on the terrace before taking the coastal path down into Mevagissey where we enjoyed a great meal...

Beautiful hotel, a sea view unlike any other view we have seen so far and very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food thus no need to go out in the evening. Just relax, enjoy a fab dinner and watch the sea!

The hotel was quaint and typically English. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who later that day spent time with us showing us detailed maps and sharing his extensive local knowledge of the area, after we told him we were keen walkers and were planning a coastal walk the following day. Our room was a reasonable size,...

Arriving with our dog ,we were made very welcome. The room had access to the garden,a trade off against the upstairs rooms with better views, and ideal for us. It was a charming room, pale blues and whites, pleasant ensuite, tea making and a rug for Muffin! The lounge has a lovely window seat and the amazing sea views. The dining room also faces the...

Stayed for 2 nights, a Saturday and Sunday, absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we just knew it was going to be a great weekend. John, the hotel manager, greeted us and showed us to our room which was ready nice and early. The view was absolutely stunning! We then had a cream tea and Prosecco before exploring the...

What a wonderful place! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the views are stunning and the rooms are light, spacious and spotlessly clean! The walk down to the harbour was manageable and took roughly 10minutes at a leisurely pace with plenty of places to stop and admire the beautiful scenery. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

When we arrived on Friday (31st March) I did not have high hopes for the weather, I thought it would continue to rain for the entire time we were there. However I was very much mistaken. The sun came out and the true beauty of this area was on display. This hotel is everything we could have possibly wanted. Close...

Returning after four years, our four days has been a delightful, restful break. Our bedroom was spacious (the twelve rooms vary in size) and ours had an outstanding sea view. The hotel is situated on the cliff edge with the coastal footpath running at the bottom of the garden. The manager and staff are friendly, attentive and helpful and nothing...

They could not do enough for you! Found a deal online but it said to let them know if you were bringing a dog so we phoned to check this was ok before booking it and ended up booking direct as £20 cheaper! Arrived quite late on the evening with my very playful dog. We were greeted straight away and...
