Comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation attached a really good pub, the welcome was warm even though the weather was cold. The bar had a roaring fire and plenty of atmosphere - we were very well looked after by the friendly staff. Our lunch was tasty and hearty, later we had fun sampling the large selection of gins. A great place...

We stayed one night on our way back home to Bristol. I had spent a lot of time making sure we chose the right place to stay as we love old pubs, good food and for this trip dog friendly. We loved the Driftwood as soon as we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food, delicious and the...

What a lovely bar/restaurant. The food is amazing and the service is great...I've fallen in love with this place. It's chilled, warm and full of nice people. The burger and rustic chips are immense and the place steeps in history...also they love dogs. A perfect dog lovers bar. Go there!

Just back from a two night break which we really enjoyed - room lovely, very good evening meal, staff friendly and attentive - have only stayed before in summer but lovely this time of year too with all the Christmas decorations! We stayed one night out of season and had a brilliant time. Staff were awesome ... friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the best I have had. We also ate in the bar which had a lovely atmosphere. Had a fantastic sea view from a very cosy room 6.

Booked into here on a last minute spur of the moment type thing as I had visited the pub before a few times and always found it warm and welcoming in a proper Cornish local type way. The room was fine, car park was ideal, beer was spot on, staff friendly. Food wise my starter was delicious and my main...

Lovely stay here last week. We had been to the restaurant and bar before but never stayed. It was hubbys birthday and we were allocated the romantic room (no.13). It was lovely. Big comfy four poster bed, big bath as well as a shower and more to the point it was lovely and warm. Dogs are allowed so we took...

I visited last week for lunch with a group of friends. The service was very good and the Staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of choice on the menu and my fish dish came from the specials board and was excellent - lovely crispy skin which all too often is not evident. We will definitely visit again.

We didn't stay at the driftwood spars, but ate there on a few occasions while staying else where in St Agnes. The atmosphere was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome by locals and bar staff. The icing on the cake was both our labradors were readily accepted and they settled happily and slept, making our visits stress free....
