We stayed for a long weekend in November. The hotel was easily accessible and in a good location. The spa pool was good But I thought the treatments were a bit pricey. The food was good, and well presented, but the prices in the restaurant were excessive. The bar food was equally good, but more reasonably priced. We did have...

I recently spent two nights at the Cornwall Hotel and I expect the experience has spoiled me! Large, warm and comfortable room. Scrupulously clean, great shower and very comfy HUGE bed. The spa is lovely, particularly the infinity pool. The food was the only let down - it was fine, but not great. But then I did only try the...

Excellent. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Went for a family weekend and relaxed. Rooms were well equipped and spa was great even for kids who loved the jacuzzi. Service was always with a smile and they knew our names after one night.

Our room was small and very cold and there were dirty glasses and crockery left outside our room and in the hallways throughout the duration of our stay. The reception and spa staff appeared unfriendly and unhelpful and upon check in we were not made aware that there was a Christmas party that evening and that there would be loud...

We only used the pool but it was very clean, warm water and enjoyable. Great steam room and sauna. Had a fire alarm go off in the...

We have stayed at this hotel before and had issues with housekeeping. However we tried again. This time was no better. Our bed was not made by the staff....I mean really not made ! The top cover was pulled over but the pillows were not plumped, the cushions not replaced and the dressing gowns were not even moved off the...

My partner and I came to stay at the weekend I felt compelled to email about the wonderful staff working at the hotel. Every single person we encountered was friendly, my boyfriend had a broken arm so that was quite often a conversation opener. I have never stayed anywhere where everyone went out of their way to be so approachable....

Me and my colleagues spent the night on Saturday and everything went wrong from the word go. Checked in at 6pm under my name to be told that I had already checked in earlier that day. Rude checking in staff when I said they must have gotten it wrong and checked someone in under my name to be told no...

We came back to the Cornwall Hotel with our staff for a bit of a Christmas 'do'. But we wanted more than just dinner so we booked (at a great rate) rooms for them all and got a good deal for spa treatments for them all the next day. We also asked if we could take some Space to do...

3-12-16 What a beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. Myself and wife were bought this amazing gift from a couple of friends as a wedding present. We stayed in a stunning room out of the old building and up in one of the new more modern rooms. There was a lovely view and just a short walk to the spa...
