We stayed here with friends last weekend and I can’t think of anything I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! If you are thinking about staying here, do it! The location is brilliant, the staff are lovely and so helpful, the adjoining restaurant was struggling for staff but the food was lovely and was quick. The hotel room 149 was lovely, it had a shower cubicle instead of the bath and shower which didn’t bother us as we both prefer a shower anyway, lots of space in the room! I just want to say a special thank you to Alisha and Kayley, they were nothing but helpful with directions, table bookings and also helping us with following bookings for other premier inns. They were amazing and they deserve a medal for some of the people they have to deal with (witnessed first hand other guest). But they still kept their calmness and dealt with it professionally. Also jeanette, she was lovely and full of information about the area! I would also like to mention josh over at the restaurant who was excellent and accommodating. Thank you all again for a lovely stay! We will all definitely be back with you again soon!

Hotel's Favourite
The staff were warm and welcoming. The check out process was swift and within no time we were in our room. Tea and coffee making facilities were ample and if you want more just go and ask at reception. Although there wasn't a fridge for storing my 2 year old sons milk, reception were very happy to store it in their fridge for us. The bed could have been comfier but that's the only complaint I have

Stayed overnight after travelling some distance and needed a good nights sleep. I got the best nights sleep I have had for a long time. Reception staff were friendly, rooms were clean and although not as cheap as they used to be still offer reasonable value for money.

We stayed here for a week whilst exploring this area of Cornwall. We were initially disappoininted to be out of town but this did not end up being an issue. St Austell is not worth visiting, sadly. Our room had a lovely view and a bath and shower. The room is far too hot, we had the window open the entire stay and a fan on almost constantly, which the lovely staff provided. The room was usual premier inn standard, clean and all you need for a base. The television guide would not work so when relaxing in the room we could not see what the options were, this was not rectified during our stay Our bath water went from clear to yellow to orange. We did report it and it was suggested maybe the nearby building workers had caused it. It was still yellow when we left. There is no lift at this hotel and no help with your bags, so unlike me, pack light!! The staff were lovely, friendly, happy and helpful I’m not sure I would return to this particular premier inn but it it value for money so who knows

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Hotel ideally located for our needs. Room a good sized, spotlessly clean with a good hot shower. Only fault is the hotel and room could do with a freshen up lock of paint.
