As others have said, Jenny a good host. Scones on arrival after our section of the coast path. Lovely old place with a magnificent antique kitchen range. Homemade bread, great breakfast and what Jenny called a "snack" but which served as lunch for us the next day. Large bedroom and quiet and comfortable. En-suite shower could do with redecoration though....

I had been given excellent reports about Jenny and Hellarcher Farm but the reality exceeded my expectations. The quality of the welcome, as well as the invitation to relax from the journey with tea (plus soft drinks for the children) and home made scones (we got the recipe later), set the standard for the rest of our stay. We were...

This was a lovely one night stay whilst walking the SWCP nothing pretentious, delightful landlady with a sense of humour went off on a full tummy with bags of energy. Should I wish to go again in the other direction I would not hesitate to book here again

Jenny has been doing B&B for years. It shows. Her relaxed approach was wonderful. The afternoon tea on my arrival after walking from Coverach was most welcome. The breakfast next morning was the best one of my trip. There was a selection of cheeses, cereals, assorted fresh fruit, and a choice of three hot dishes. Jenny thank you it was...

We stayed one night at Hellarcher Farm and enjoyed it very much. The location is a bit off the beaten track and therefore it is very quiet. Makes for a good, relaxing sleep! The breakfast was delicious and did not leave anything to be desired for. Jenny is a wonderful host and supplied us with recommendations on where to eat...

We were hiking the coast path and spent 1 night here. Jenny is very friendly and gave as amazing home-made scones and tea on arrival, a great breakfast the next day and even a packed snack to revive us on our onward hike, and an offer of a lift to our next stop seeing as the weather was looking bad....

Jenny is the best host. Like others, we stayed here on the coastal path walk. We were greeted with scones and tea after a long walk and sent off the next day with a packed lunch. This is a place of character and charm and while not everything may work perfectly that is immaterial to the warmth and homeliness you...

My husband and I stayed here whilst we were walking the Coastal Path. Jenny, the owner, was so welcoming and friendly. Many special touches- she brought us a cream tea to our room, with china cups! She made us a packed lunch for our onward journey; the breakfast was excellent with homemade jams and bread. I would definitely go there...

Absolutely agree with the other travellers. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Hellarcher Farm! We were given tea and scones when we arrived after walking the cost path, absolutely fantastic. Jenny is a wonderful person and we were given a great room with one of the best views you can imagine. Waking up to these views and the...

My mum and I are walking the SW coastal path and stayed here last night. All walkers must stay here as it's an absolute treasure. Jenny is a wonderful person and a delightful host. When we arrived there was tea and cake in the big homely communal living area. Then when we left she packed us off with freshly made...
