Wow wow wow I was told I must stay at this motel on my way south Normally I would never stay at Ballina but took the advice and glad I did My first experience was with Louise , what a great asset to the motel , check in was easy, sensational and amazing experience, the service is like 5 star....

This is a well maintained hotel with a nice ambience. Service was somewhat perfunctory but the room impressed. It had tasteful decor and fittings with attention to detail. I do like plantation shutters rather than blinds or curtains. The bed was comfortable and the room was cooled by a split system A/C. The bathroom taps were fickle but I eventually...

Very pleasant motel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for one night in a beautifully furnished room (Room 3) with quality fittings. I loved the plantation blinds. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. There's a lovely little Bali-style gazebo next to the pool where you can sit and have a drink after a day's driving. Asian sculptures and tall palms...

Beautifully appointed, roomy and great value this will be my permanent stop in Ballina. Friendly people and rooms have a kitchenette. Lots of attention to detail, most impressed. Great location to get up and walk along the river in the morning

I have been staying at another Hotel for 17 years and when new owners changed the quality standard, I began to search for a new place. Trip Advisor led me to Ballina Palms and I was welcomed by Sherry and Laurie, relief Managers, with warm and welcoming greetings. The room is truly outstanding and the comfort is what I look...

When we arrived you were made to feel welcomed the rooms are spotless and as you see in the photos luxury and atmosphere at its best we could not fault it. Short stroll down the road to the walking path along the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a spotlessly clean motel in a quiet area and lovely setting. The relief managers were fantastic. Breakfast was great and we would have no hesitation staying here again. The managers were very obliging and assisted in recommending restaurants and further places of interest for our trip.

Exceeded Expectations. This is a nice Motel in Ballina, and for a nice change it is great to see a motel that is actually better than the website photos show it to be, which is unlike many other hotels that do not meet the expectations that their website photos suggest. The Manager / owner was very nice, friendly and professional....
