Would love to come back here. Ian the manager is friendly and helpful. It's really a great place to relax, fish, swim & surf. Our cottage was comfortable with lots of places to have naps! They do need to spend money on supplying some decent crockery - 3 scratchy old mugs is a bit cheeky for the price.

Thank you for taking your time to right a review. We value our customer reviews and your suggestions greatly. Due to the fact that our occupancy rate is so high from the success of the property some small things are hard to maintain on a regular basis. We very much appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can...

We have been to Byron Bay a number of times and can't believe we hadn't found this place sooner! This will be our go-to place in Byron from now on. It is far enough out of the town to feel the peace and quiet but a beautiful 15 minute walk along the beach. I loved being on Belongil beach. It...

We had an amazing three night stay at Bluewater. We spent our time cruising the beach on the bikes available on site, surfing right in front of the property and enjoying the relaxed nature of the accomodation. The service was great and we will definitely be back to stay.

Perfect location. Setting is beautiful. Cabins are very nicely laid out and provide some privacy. We would recommend that the cabins furnishings are upgraded as some items were fairly weathered, mostly due to the close proximity to the ocean. Another suggestion is perhaps more cupboard space upstairs. Otherwise a beautiful place and pretty sure we will go back one day.

There is no such thing as the perfect holiday...well we came close..beach, kids running between villas...cafés, beer of the wood in town, light house...what can I say...worth the effort...just need to book..

OK, it's a little pricey but if you're looking for a truly relaxing holiday with the beach right on your doorstep... it's worth every cent. The accommodation itself may not be 5 star luxury but if that's what you want, go to a resort and forgo the views. Basically, what you're paying for here is an experience rather than material...

We do an annual stay at BlueWater ..... best stay in Byron, just far enough out of town to release, but a short 10 mins stroll along to the beach to our favourite places in the town centre. Nothing is too much trouble for the onsite management team, supply surfboards, bikes and all things beach as part of your stay....

One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Perfect location right on the beach . Management and staff are first class. Quiet area with 2 restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely return.

No better place to stay if you value being right on the beach. Views forever and lazy 15 minute walk along the sand beach to the centre of town. Comfortable accommodation without being over the top. But all you need is there.. I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere unless this is too expensive

Returned to Bluewater for the second time for a 2 week stay and I cannot speak highly enough of the property and Ian. The location is perfect, overlooking beautiful Belongil beach, a stone’s throw from the Treehouse Restaurant & Belongil Bistro and just a short stroll along the beach into Byron Bay township. The villa is well equipped, clean, has...
