the other reviews have said it all really. The result of the owners' creativity and passion to make the place unique. In this price range, one of the best places i've stayed. Enjoy!

I couldn't have imagined a more special place to spend a weekend. I only wish I could've stayed longer. The bedroom was perfection and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've been in for years. The decor was wonderful, the living room had such a wonderful atmosphere, I spent a lot of time there with Marty and several other...

My sister and I have just spent a lovely week at Bamboo Cottage staying in the Jacaranda Room. The location is perfect - a short stroll to the Byron Markets or into the township and Marty was a gracious host allowing us to drift in and out at our leisure. Some nights we were so tired from tripping around Byron...

What a delightful place to stay in! Marty was a wonderful host with his parrot Chiquita on his shoulder, ever helpful with advice on places to visit and dine at. His lovely collection of music playing gently in the background and soft lighting made for a relaxing time to enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge room with the...

My room was perfect with comfy bed and decor along with the rest of the cottage and surrounds. The short...

It gave us the whole "byron" experience, beautiful cottage, so well looked after by lovely Marty, who was just a pleasure to have around, he really made us feel at home. I stayed in a single room which was fabulous for a one bed room, the bigger rooms are stunning for couples. The bungalow out the back, perfect for families...

I was needing a Byron Escape........ a few days away to unwind, relax.....& enjoy some solo time in the beautiful surrounds of Byron Bay. The location of Bamboo Cottage B&B is centrally located in the heart of Byron Bay which meant I was within walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants and the gorgeous beaches. And whilst I was close...

Entering the Bamboo B&B was a tranquil experience. I felt at home instantly. Although, it does have the set up of your typical B&B, the character and ambiance is hard to match. Marty is a wonderful host. Engaging and soft spoken yet can be ghost in the background giving you whatever space you require. Other characters include Chiquita the parrot...

“The single room is quite small but if you're travelling light or staying for a while there is room to store clothing etc. All rooms are situated well away from noise as the cottage is tucked away from any main roads.”

“The Bali House is a mini cottage perfect for couples or artists which is separate from the main house with the other bedrooms. The bed is in little space on raised platform that is very romantic but may be difficult to access if you have mobility issues, just a heads up.”
