Wow, totally stunning place to stay. Warm welcome from Maria, room was luxuriously and beautiful views, breakfast was gorgeous too. Maria the owner as great knowledge of the area around help us out the first night by booking a table at the local pub, food was lovely, then recommended a lovely Italian restaurant in Scunthorpe. An amazing lady. Thank you... More

I have stayed at Budleigh house on numerous occasions, with family and traveling alone. It has always been wonderful; the house its-self is beautifully maintained and in summer the garden is wonderful. The rooms are big, clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its quite and relaxing and Marie the owner makes sure you have everything you... More

Thoroughly recommend this establishment on every level and will NOT disappoint. Thank you Maria for making us... More

This is a really great b&b. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the breakfast is first class and the proprietor, Maria, is the perfect host who combines a comfortable hands off approach with a warm welcoming professionalism that just makes the stay such a pleasure. In fine weather, the garden is a delight to sit in, which is perhaps just as... More

I usually stay in hotels for work but this B & B is easily as comfortable as the best ones I have stayed at and much more comfortable than many of them! The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, the garden is a delight and the area is wonderfully peaceful. Maria, the owner, is absolutely lovely and couldn't be... More

Stayed here whilst working close by. Upon arrival I received a warm welcome from the owner. The owner was fantastic, making me feel like the only person staying there, and like a home from home. There is plenty of parking, which was essential considering I was driving a large vehicle. The house is set in an idyllic salubrious location, with... More

From the second we turned off the main drag our hearts sang. Beautiful house set on beautiful grounds. We were welcomed warmly by our host, who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She even offered to take us to our destination instead of booking taxis. The interior was absolutely fabulous with a lot of quirky touches... More

This hotel is excellent and the best bed and breakfast hotel I've stayed at in Lincolnshire without a doubt. Each room is decorated differently and each room has plenty of space. There are nice little touches that add to the experience. The owner is very warm and helpful. Breakfast is lovely. I highly recommend it and I would stay again.
