We spent the night at the Swan on the way to Parkes during January. Reception provided a friendly welcome. Accommodation was neat, clean and basic with adjoining rooms for ourselves and 2 daughters. All we need for a stopover.

With limited options available, the Swan Motel is always going to get business but that said, although the rooms are very basic they are clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable and the service is good country friendly hospitality. The location is great with the White Rose Cafe just a short stroll away and a beautiful park across the road...

Compact motel room with the basics all there: mini fridge, microwave, very comfy QS bed, clean shower, electric blanket and r/c air con. Cheap and cheerful. Nice staff. Down sides: noisy gravel means you hear every car come and go. Thin walls mean you hear other people turn on their taps etc.

A quiet little hotel tucked away on the main street of Dunedoo. We made our booking over the phone (the preferred method) the night before and the owner Julie was quite friendly. The room was reminisce of those early 1990's motels brick interior but clean with tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries for each guest. We booked a room (for three...

Very friendly proprietors for this little motel. Good bed and all neccesseties (tea, coffee, etc) This is a basic motel with no restaurants etc but has eating places close by. Room was adequate with a queen bed plus a single.

After a long day of driving, all we wanted was somewhere quiet and clean to rest for the night. Julie was really helpful - checking in with us by phone in the afternoon and making arrangements for our late arrival. We arrived to find the rooms prepared and heated and gratefully jumped into the excellent, hot showers. Then straight to...

Room small but adequate. Good value for the price. Motel has a gravel driveway which was very noisy when one car arrived late at night and another left early in the morning. Close to pub which had a great meal. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

This town is the closest town to the next town, where no hotel is open anymore. To have things done in next town, this is the last place you can expect a bed to sleep after long hours driving. Shops close by. Very convenient and economic.

Stayed here the other night and I was very impressed with how clean our room was. For the price the room really exceeded our expectations. It was small but was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a night or two away from home. We will definitely stay again when we are next out at Dunedoo.
