The staff at reception were nice and friendly but the room was horrible. Rotten bathroom cabinets, dusty and smelly. I’ve never stayed in such a bad condition with price $210/night. The whole experience was very depressing. I’d rather stay in the caravan park.
We stayed at the Mercure recently and were very impressed with the reception staff and the rooms. The complex itself is in need of a little bit of TLC. The tennis court definitely needs resurfacing work but overall, an enjoyable stay.

We are return guests and have several bookings planned over the next few months.
On arrival with Accor confirmation in hand we were advised no reservation for us. No apology, only " I will see what I can do".
