We booked this place last minute and in the middle of school holidays, so we paid a little bit extra for it, which is understandable.
The motel is located a short (walking) distance from beach and town, but far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
The staff were friendly.
The room we were in was a bit small and the bathroom could do with a bit of a renovation, however, it was clean and certainly liveable for the few days we stayed.
Motel was clean, other than some dust on the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
When the rooms were ‘made up’ for the day, they lacked detail. The bed was made but sheets still scrunched up underneath. The complimentary tea and coffee wasn’t replenished and the bathrooms not wiped over and floors not vacuumed. I accept these are minor, however, for the price we paid, I would expect this to be a standard daily clean. Nonetheless, when staff were approached for fresh towels or some more tea and coffee, they happily provided them.
Free parking out the front of the rooms.
Overall, good, reasonably tidy motel.

Upon arrival the reception had lots of food options available for purchase if needed, which was a nice touch. Very friendly staff. The room was a decent size and clean. The bathroom was great, it had recently been renovated so was spotless with a good water pressure in the shower which is usually hard to come by in motels! A great location, within a short drive to any restaurants/cafes/attractions around Kiama. Great value for money for a short stay.

Nicely updated rooms with comfy bed. Quiet location yet close to all facilities with friendly staff. Small issue was lack of dishwashing detergent to clean dinnerware provided. It needed a good clean before use.

Clean, warm and comfortable was our standard double room. We just needed an overnight stop en route to Sydney. The little extras of chocolates at reception, Tim Tams, shortbread and a variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the room, were a nice touch.

I had a booking with this hotel which was cancelled due to Covid and I was given a voucher to use for a future booking. On attempting to now book, the new owner refused the voucher of over $300 and then also wanted a cancellation fee of over $400. This came about when he tried to take the full hotel fee 3 days before arrival, even though we had clicked 'pay on arrival' at checkout. We rung the hotel to query the payment and upon being told they would not honour the voucher, tried to cancel which was refused hence the $400 fee. The owner "Dino" yelled at my son-in-law & threatened him with legal action!!! I am absolutely appalled. Having used Hotels.com and Expedia all over the world for hotels, I have never come across this rudeness and blatant attempt at dredging money from a client. It seems that there is no redress in this situation and the voucher is useless. The lesson - do not accept a voucher as legally the money should have been refunded in the first place.

The Motel was clean, bright and cosy. We arrived late afternoon the sun was shining through our window which made it very warm and cosy. Could not fail the cleanliness and the morning shower was hot and great water pressure. If we pass through this way again, this is where we will stay

Spent the weekend to visit friends. The Motel was y convenient close to the surf beach 2 minutes driving from the main street was affordable and very clean. We arrive late at night and their self-check in was fantastic our rooms key was in a safe box, and they sent us an SMS with all the instructions.

We had three nights last weekend staying at the motel.. it was brilliant.. Sharon who checked us in was so kind as she spent a while sorting out the tv issue which we couldn't navigate. The family room was huge .. a double and two single beds .. microwave toaster kettle and a sizeable refrigerator. Waterfall shower was great! A short stroll to the beach and Tien.. we have stayed at multiple places in the Illawarra but this was truly one of our best experiences

Stayed 3 nights at the Motel, good price for Kiama as most places are rather expensive. Short walk to town and very easy to get to as well as is the blow hole, light house area. Great parking with plenty of room between parking bays. Very clean rooms and updated shower area. Would not hesitate to stay hear on my next visit.

We stayed here for 1 night recently and it was very good. Service was friendly and efficient and provided some local information. The room clean and comfortable, with good amenities. The location is a short drive from the centre of town and our room was nice and quiet.
