Can't speak highly enough of the lovely lady who settled us in and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She was also able to give us ideas of what to do in Merimbula and after we leave.

We traveled over to the Coast for a few days break and picked the Pelican Motel by chance as there were a few to choose from in the same area, we certainly were not let down. Room was very well priced, Manager was very helpful at check-in with lots of information on local walks and eateries, excellent heating was a...

We spent two nights here and the room had recently been renovated so everything was nice and clean and the staff were super friendly(and have a gorgeous dog to greet you too). Unfortunately the mattresses are super hard and we both had trouble sleeping and were super sore the next few days! Also there is a shared balcony that runs...

I arrived on the late flight and was greated by the lovely Terry. She had put me next door as staying by myself, and had put the light and heater on in the room for me. What a lovely way to start ? The room was spotlessly clean with new bathroom and kichen facilities. Nice linen too. Highly recommend- I...

Had a room for two, facing the road; behind a half wall which kept the road noise out. Room was clean and well presented with a microwave and small fridge with freezer. Refurbished bathroom and very helpful staff - Terrie in particular.

A good clean motel. A typical Australian motel. Had one of the basic rooms at a good rate so nothing special. TV Is on the small side but worked OK. Host/Reception was very good and welcoming. Handy to walk to Cinema and Bowling club which had reasonable food. Good free WIFI with no conditions.

We love the Pelican, it's clean, very comfortable beds and most rooms have a view of the stunning Merimbula Lake. Terry, is so welcoming and helpful. Fresh milk for a cup of tea is a lovely touch. We have stayed here many times and it's always perfect! Walking distance to the best restaurant in Merimbula, Ritzy.

Last minute decision to head this far south via the coast., and so glad we did. We haven't been to Merimbula before, so chose this motel from studying a few on Tripadvisor. Our room was lovely, clean, fresh, good bed, what more could we want. Terri provided a few suggestions for dinner, and our initial choice was abandoned and we...

This motel is in a very convenient location in the town. You can walk across the road to the cinema or to the Bowls Club for dinner. The room is basic, the bathroom size was pretty good with an adequate size bench. Down side, they weren't thoughtful enough to turn on the heating which is what we experienced at the...
