We stumbled across Woodbine Eco Cabins and made a last minute booking for the next day - we were so happy we did! We arrived at around 4pm - there were kangaroos everywhere on our arrival - much to the delight of our children! The welcome we received, the cabin and the surroundings were fantastic. We enjoyed an evening bbq...

we went away with sister and brother in law for 5 days, to the woodbine eco cabins Merimbula, NSW. it is set in bushland, with plenty of wildlife visiting daily. some of the grey kangaroos have been hand reared and are very friendly. One, Jellybean, even likes to come inside!! ( although we did discourage her) there are plenty of...

Everything about this stay was perfect. We were greeted warmly at reception and were given seeds to feed the birds and food pellets for the kangaroos! Being able to interact and be surrounded by native animals was such a pleasure! The cabins are exceptional, equipped with everything you need and very clean and spacious. The pool was very good and...

What a gorgeous place to stay, wildlife right at your door. Living under a tree canopy, sounds of the Australian bush echo throughout the day. Great heated swimming pool too. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Safire coast.

What a fantastic gem this place turned out to be. The crew there were welcoming from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much to ask. Kangaroos and parrots around the cabins day and night, plenty of fun spots for the kids and just a friendly atmosphere overall.

This accomodation is situated on a National Park. Each cabin provides you with the normal comforts of a home i.e. washing machine, microwave, cooker, etc ..although the dishwasher is missing, we didn't miss it as we are used to washing dishes by hand. You wake up amongst the trees, birds , and kangaroos waiting for you to feed them.Receptionist hands out a bag...

Our only 'problem' was finding this jewel as it appears that the Council have not done the right thing. Our NatSav informed us when we turned off that we were travelling on Widgeram Road but try putting in the address and no matches found work that out. Minor detail just turn off on the Sapphire Coast Drive and follow it...
