Hi Maree, I find your comments quite bizarre. Why would you complain about dated decor when there are photos available showing the decor? Don't stay there then, choose somewhere else that is to your tastes! I have stayed at this apartment multiple times over the past few years and I think the apartment is very modern. Brilliant modern kitchen, nice furniture, especially in the lounge and I have never had any issues. In fact the living room furniture (sofa etc) had been updated since the last time I stayed there. Unfortunately in holiday rentals guests like to steal anything that isn't nailed down. I know because we own one, where someone decided to steal the fire extinguisher (which was in fact screwed to the wall, but that didn't deter them!) Anyway I think your review is over the top and does not do this apartment justice, it is a great place to stay with fantastic water views in my opinion. I will be staying again soon!

Hi Jane, We have stayed at Cote D Azur a few times now. Prices vary throughout the year and are also more expensive during holidays. We have always stayed in unit 35 as its ground floor being cheaper, but also much easier... More
