Felt comfortable and safe here. Secure parking. Best position, being right opposite the Marina and shopping centre behind it. Found it to be very clean but the whole place could do with an upgrade. Managers and workers all very helpful and friendly. Queen sized room also had single bed, so enough room for 2 people. Had plates and cutlery which...

Stayed here for one night only at short notice. This is a holiday destination so not much choice, however this accommodation is in a good location within walking distances to restaurants, the marina and parks. While the accommodation is clean it really could benefit from updating of furniture and furnishings. This is not a regular hotel - there is one...

We stayed for one night and got a room at the rear of motel. The room off was really small. Every thing worked but out dated. The sceen door bottom rollers had worn out so it so it was very noisy when opening or closing screen. The bathroom was just ok but when you see mould on shower screen it's...

We had to unfortunately cancel our stay. The man had an absolutely disgusting approach to customer service. I called to ask about money which had been taken out of my account. He screamed down the phone at me calling me "the rudest person he has ever spoken to" telling me to "shut up" "use my brain" etc etc. Refused to...

We booked a room for 3 nights, the location is good as it is close to everything, the parking is good, the room was ok, it is not a 5 star hotel room but for $150 a night during December it was worth it, the old man at reception is ok to deal with.

Friendly service. Rooms clean and tidy and renovated. Are putting in a lift which will be great help. Internet is free but not very responsive in rooms. Well positioned location close to town centre Has a small but apparently popular breakfast/lunch cafe. No fixed parking spot but not really a problem.

Very friendly wellcome, uncomplicated and helpful. The rooms are OK but really nothing special. Room prices are what you have to expect in Nelson Bay. Breakfast or WiFi are not included. A quiet rooftop pool with generous space surrounding it makes up for that. The Hostel is located at probably the best spot in town.

We chose this motel twice for a quick weekend visit and while the rooms are a little dated, they were clean and met our needs just fine. Just one word of caution - the restaurant right underneath can be VERY noisy at night with chairs scraping, particularly when they are bringing the tables and chairs in at the end of...

Overpriced very out dated decor A bed in lounge that doubles as a lounge very uncomfortable and useless Have to use 2 separate keys and a Botton to gain access to room. Water views that you can't see but you pay for! Definitely not worth $199 for a night!
