My husband and I have been to the Donga twice! We love it. Lyn and Neil are wonderful and they not only make you feel welcome but your dog too! I kept telling my dog to get out of their house when she was wandering in, but Lyn would just say that she is fine and can do what she...

The donga is in Anna bay port Stephens, it is a beautiful, self contained wooden cottage with spa and a wonderful outside entertaining area that is surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens. The hosts lyn and Neil make you feel at home and are full of wonderful idea's to fill in your time while in the area. We had a...

Absolutely beautiful. In a good location within 10 - 15mins to everything. Hosts Lynn and Neil are very accommodating and friendly. Unlike a typical hotel they both go out of their way to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Stayed in the donga a private wooden cabin which reminds one of staying in a tree hut. With an open...

We absolutely loved the Batch. A beautiful retreat in fabulous rainforest gardens. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfortable & the pool provided a welcome escape from the 40 degree heat! Lynn and Neil made us feel like part of the family even though we were only there for one night. It was lovely to relax on the verandah...

NO cooked breakfast. and i dont eat weet bix and corn flakes. no nice muesli even. I felt like we were using someone else's room and bathroom . the...

We had booked one night in the main house (the Grevillea Room) which looked great but upon arrival Lyn mentioned that the Donga was available for a very small upgrade and when we saw it we jumped at the chance. It was a wood cabin in its own part of the grounds with open air shower and spa, kitchen facilities...

As soon as we were met by Lyn and Neil we knew it was going to be fantastic. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean, the bed really comfy and every comfort catered for. The house is home to lots of pets, which we loved, and there are peacocks and ducks outside which are all part of the family. It is...

We stayed at The Batch bed and breakfast initially because it was so centrally located between surf, sand dunes and fishing in one direction and groovy Nelson bay with its whale watching in the other. The place is surrounded by trees and gardens, and we weren't expecting the full on hospitality of Lyn our host, who seems to love guests...
