Upon arrival our room had an overwhelming smell of cheap air freshener, management refused to address the issue and were rude and abusive when asked for a refund or change of room. Spent $140 for an hours stay

Very convenient location. Handy for work trips to Wollongong and along the coast. Very clean, comfortable and roomy. Table, couch and free internet made it homely. Walking distance to the beach for a leg stretch and a host of dinner options in the main street. Very efficient front desk. The highlight for the traveller is a deep bath to recover...

Stayed two nights at the motel very convenient to shopping centre. Very clean, staff very friendly, managers extremely helpful. We had dinner the second night at the Thai restaurant next to the motel would highly recommend it. Would stay again at the motel. Our only disappointment was when we had breakfast down near the water front at Chilli ice cream...

Stayed one night while at a training course. Was very pleased with the level of appointments, cleanliness and comfort. Close to the centre of town and all that entails but very quiet also. The operators where very helpful. Would stay again.

We've stayed here before and have never been disappointed. We always request an upstairs room as it's quieter. The rooms are a decent size and clean. It's in a great location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, gift shops and the water. There are bus stops close by to get to Stocklands Shellharbour and Wollongong.

We loved our short but very sweet stay at the Shellharbour Motel. It is very well maintained outside and in. Super clean and I am super fussy. There was plenty of space in the room and we appreciated that. Loved the cookies. The bed was super soft and comfy. I guess beds are very difficult to suit everyone but who...

Despite a late arrival the management made it very easy for me to find the key and access my room, even though the reception was closed. The room I stayed in was large with more amenities than I expected, and a large comfy bed. The bathroom was massive. The staff were welcoming and helpful providing me with information on local...

Booked accommodation for 1 night here to attend a function in September. It was easy to find and there was ample parking. Check in was easy and quick. The room was very clean and tidy. Would stay here again.

This is a comfortable motel located near the main strip. This motel offers spacious and comfortable rooms. Free wifi with adequate speed. There are two stories, consider this when booking. There is a Thai restaurant attached to the motel. The restaurant does not offer breakfast, instead a continental type breakfast is packed in the fridge for $10. Pillows are stiff...

Park the car and you can walk to the harbour and all the local restaurants and take away shops in Addison street. Formal restaurant also on this non smoking site. Two storey so ask for a ground floor if you don't want to walk the stairs. Very clean room with queen bed, flat screen TVs , wifi, table and comfy...
