Staying in the Club House in a beautifully presented King room with a balcony in lovely. The room is spacious with a comfortable sitting area, it was quiet and uninterrupted by other guests. I would totally recommend staying at this property as it is close to the freeway, Westfield shopping centre and my grandchildren which was the reason I stayed...

If you want to get your items stolen then stay in this property. More over no sense of responsibility or concern shown by the reception staff. The Asian girl on the desk is so arrogant and perfect example for bad customer service. Someone needs to teach her the word "sorry" or at least train her to be apologetic with the...

Dear Roma_illusion, Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, we greatly appreciate your feedback. Management have spoken with the Front Office team regarding your misplaced umbrella. Unfortunately it had gone missing and they apparently offered you a replacement which you choose not to accept. We look forward to welcoming you back to the resort soon. Warm regards,...

I stayed for three nights while attending a conference. My room above Reception was lovely with lots of space and a comfortable King bed. The food provided was delicious, especially for our gala dinner. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The grounds were gorgeous and I wish I had been able to play a round of golf. I did...

We loved having dinner on the balcony enjoying the sunset and a delicious glass of wine or two. So peaceful and serene! Food was excellent too, and we just had the bar menu. Staff were friendly and helpful, appreciated that they introduced themselves by their first name and made sure we found everything we needed. Lovely place to be!

We were celebrating a 50th Birthday nearby and was suggested this hotel. Our two story apartment was great and a beautiful view over the gold course and waterway. Management tried to get the air-conditioning correct in the main bedroom but it just wasn't cooperating. Fantastic buffet breakfast, we ate outside both mornings looking over the amazing golf course. . Spent...

Stayed 2 nights with a coupon deal in a 1 bedroom. The hotel was helpful and accommodating with our room request due to my son's crutches, giving us a ground floor unit. I do have to note that the apartment block is not convenient for those with mobility issues. There is either a long wheelchair slope or a steep incline...

We spend 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apt. The apt was very large and had all you need when you travel with children. The reception staff were wonderful and always had time for a little chat. We would stay here again.

1. room: some of the rooms/apartment could be located in a building w/o lifts. If you have lots of things to move, then that would be a difficult thing. Suggestion to hotel management: i have two young kids, my kids definitely love to walk through the stairs, but with my weak wrist, it give me a big trouble to move...
