I thought this would be a cool place to stay as I was in town on business for three nights. The hotel check in is in the gift shop of the animal park. That was ok. I went to my room and discovered the bedding had not been changed. There was make up on one of the pillows and hair...

First, the positives: Clean, unique rustic decor, easy to find, plenty of food/drink options near by. Jacuzzi was a nice touch. Bed was comfy. Negatives: LOUD LOUD LOUD. We could hear every move our upstairs neighbors made. Very obnoxious. We called the front desk about the music, and they handled it, but you could hear their entire conversation! The walls...

I stayed there for a romantic anniversary getaway, we had a deluxe room. The room was nice, everything seemed clean including the jacuzzi, we had a nice time. Sitting in the tub with the gas fireplace on, watching tv, and having a drink in the tub..... can't hardy beat it! The good, nice location near 7 springs. On site with...

Very unique place. We heard lions roaring from late evening into early morning!! We were on the very end, closest to the zoo, ground level room. Cool, except it did wake us up the first night we were there. The room was as pictured, but unexpectedly dark when we actually got in it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Really...

Thank you for your review from your stay last fall. We're glad you adjusted to our lions but sorry some of our guests bothered you. We sure hope you come back and we'll try to get you a quieter room.

Said the night of our wedding... room was gorgeous, Jacuzzi and fire place were nice touches, but that's about it. Girl checking us in was very anti social and not pleasant at all. She seemed more angry she had to leave the bar next door to check us in. Tried asking her about the kangaroo in the office check in...

We are so honored that you chose Log Cabin Lodge and Suites for your wedding night! We hope that your upstairs guests and our desk clerk aren't what you remember the most from that night! We have since located the noise issue that you've identified and remedied the issue and are renewing our hospitality training. Please come back to see...

Great place to stay. Big jacuzzi and comfortable bed. Skii activities near and fun. Groceries and beer and wine also close to the place. We only had a problem with the fireplace which stopped working. Otherwise nice stay.

We stayed here one evening for my wife's birthday. We did hear some lion's roar as we were checking in, but nothing during the evening. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint was that you could hear the people walking around on the floor above us. There were lots of "creeking" during the night. Perhaps the family above...

We hope you enjoyed your stay and your wife had a Happy Birthday! Sorry for the creaky upstairs neighbor but do come back and we'll find you a quieter area of the hotel.

Rustic decor a nice change from a traditional hotel room. Check in was poor as the girl wasn't very welcoming or informative about the amenities of the lodge or surrounding areas even when asked. Stayed in a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub, enjoyed them both as the room had a cool breeze from the doorway. Rooms and bathrooms...

The room was very large, included a kitchen with all appliances, dishes, etc. If you book the doggie suite, be aware that it is 2 miles from the main lodge. It sits right along the turnpike so it is noisy. That is the only complaint. The room was clean and well-equipped. People were very nice. We went to Seven Springs...

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you were pleased with your accommodations. We try to inform our guests in the description of the Pikeview Suites that they sit right above the PA Turnpike and they are not close to the main property of Log Cabin Lodge and Suites. They do share the benefits of the complimentary breakfast...
