We agree with other reviewers; if you're looking for a Holiday Inn, rethink staying here. But, if you love old mansions, Victorian furnishings, beautiful grounds, and very reasonable cost, then you absolutely HAVE to stay here. Dave is a wonderful host, full of all sorts of information, very personable. The rooms, while not spotless, are large and beautiful. It was...

My husband and I stayed here for one night because we were passing through the area. For $75 a night including breakfast, you can't beat it. This place was probably very grand in the past. It definitely is worn down, but it was clean enough (although there was some hair on the bathroom sink). Breakfast was good. There were some...

If you are looking for an antiseptic, new, and perfectly clean and upkept hotel, spare the owners and guests and go elsewhere, but if you love Victorian-style grandeur (perhaps a bit faded) a friendly atmosphere with the other guests, owner, and his family, and a romantic setting, this IS the place for you. There's free WiFi, TV with plenty of...

We stayed in the house across the street from the main manor, in the Reagan room. It was actually much more than one room. There was a kitchen with full sized appliances, a breakfast nook area with a pedestal table and chairs, a small living room, bedroom and bathroom. The suite looked like it had been recently remodeled using higher...

We have enjoyed staying here this was our 3rd time staying here. Have been in the Manor house and across the street, all have been nice stays. Enjoy talking to the owner as he has been fixing up the Manor house little by little. It's nice and comfy.

Beautiful Inn, great price, a bit dusty, glad I brought shampoo, soap, etc., as none provided. Breakfast was good but nothing to rave about. Kinzua Bridge and skywalk is nearby and a must to see if staying at the Inn. I would definitely go back, again.

Owner was accommodating about late arrival time. Stayed across from Manor in guest house due to busy weekend with many guests for a wedding. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast and service in the manor was good. Very close to Flickerwood Wine Cellar which was a good place to go for a night out since they have music on the weekend. Also...

Shared the Summer Room with my granddaughter and we did enjoy nosing around this old mansion. It can use some loving care and updating but it was interesting. No outlets in the tiny bathroom but the place seemed clean. I don't think I would return. Once was good. I guess mediocre comes to mind after viewing the pictures on the...

Two other couples joined us last Saturday at Kane Manor. They praised the Manor, the staff, and the reasonable lodging rates. My husband and I have been coming to the Manor for 25 years now and have met many owners thru the years. Aside from the original owners in the mid 80's who decorated the mansion and opened it as...

I was lucky enough to meet David and spend the better part of the first half of this year (2014) visiting the Kane Manor. Dave was gone on my first visit to Kane and I was cursed by staying in a hotel in town. Then I met him and saw the Manor and was captivated by its age, charm and...
