I had a large group of business men and women coming to visit from out of the country. When planning a trip with so many people, things can change every day. The sales team was accomodating to my every need duirng the weeks leading up to our stay. The customer service was stellar from check-in to check-out, from the sales...

While driving on our way to Florida, we found this Comfort Inn, which is conveniently located near 81/84, Courteously greeted by Dana, front desk clerk who offered us complimentary cookies, which were yummy. As seniors, we were given a nice quiet and comfortable room on the first floor with safety bar in the bathroom, which was greatly appreciated. Theresa served...

Good hotel to stop over night for long road trip to NYC or Toronto. Breakfast was not best what i saw in such hotels, but it still had options. Service was ok. Bed was not best again what i saw in such hotels. I would still recommend it to rest on road trip - but thats all

Good location near the Poconos and Scranton area. New elevator has been added! As a frequent hotel guest at other hotels, I really appreciate staying in a hotel that is solid brick/concrete and not wood frame construction like most of today's highway hotels. This hotel is quiet and it's impossible to hear footsteps from guests in rooms above you! The...

Nice, clean and smoke free hotel. The room was confortable, clean and spacious. We had breakfast at the hotel, it was very good! The only think we didn't like was the GPS had problem to find the hotel and the weather wasn't good.

We traveling to calli. What a great place to stop from check in with dan to leavening with a full tummy and such a nice breakfast. The helpful lady, you ask and she will try to get. And the nice manger when we went to check out. Clean Rooms. Just about 20 minutes outside the Poconos

Quiet, clean, comfortable--everything you need! Comfortable bed and reading chair, fridge in room, tiny but clean bedroom. If you are handicapped, ask for a room near the front of the motel. The back half of the motel has three steps that are difficult if you are disabled or have a roll-aboard.

So you know the deal: is this a scary place, peeling wallpaper, scummy bathroom, what's that odd smell? Glad to say the Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region was NONE of that. It's a typical highway-side hotel/motel, with no bad surprises. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was just fine. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again....

Nice average hotel. Accommodating staff. Right off of the highway in this rural setting. Closest hotel near lake Ariel, Hamlin, Newfoundland, and sterling. We stayed October 2016. No continental breakfast which was a bummer.
