This is a very nice Hampton Inn right off the highway. Downtown Lancaster is no more than 6 miles, making it a clean, comfortable place to spend nights while seeing wonderful old Lancaster. We would book it again.

4th visit with the dog along and always are welcomed and satisfied with amenities. Staff helpful and accommodating. Missed not having a waffle maker. Although we requested a ground floor room, seldom heard door noise or hallway voices. Nearby Isaacs Deli had yummy sandwiches and was in the adjacent parking lot. A very satisfaction visit!

The room is what I would expect a Motel 6 room to be !...TINY bathroom, with a small vanity. NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES !!!. Just very small & plain: no ambiance. The door accessing the rear parking lot was broken, requiring you to walk around the building to enter.

The hotel is quite nice, and the staff I dealt with were super. Breakfast had nice choices, location was convenient. We didn't use other amenities as we were there to tour the area. You need to reduce words required here as less is more.

Very convenient location. Great restaurants nearby. Many entertainment venues within 8 miles. Susanne at reception was so knowledgeable of the area and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. Very clean room. Breakfast was more then enough to start your day. Will stay there again when we return to Lancaster.

Standard Hampton Inn setup, with nice staff and a standard breakfast offering. Pretty expensive, but in high demand due to nearby youth sports complex. Sheetz across the street provides any sandwiches, snacks, or sweets you might need. Everything else nearby closes pretty early so don't plan on any nightlife.

Now I understand why the commercial has Paris booking a separate room for her luggage after staying at the Hilton brand hotel. There is no place to store your clothes or luggage!!!!! There is a combination refrigerator, microwave and drawer space. The drawers have baskets in them which wastes more space than if you put regular drawers in them that could accommodate clothing. The closet is part of the window which is cover by a drape which does not keep out dust and is too tight to have clothing hang without getting wrinkled or keep.out food smells if you eat in the room. The bathroom also does not have any counter space ro put a makeup bag on. There are 2 tables in the room which are a waste unless you are using a laptop. These rooms are not female friendly nor do they send the message to be brand loyal to Hilton. But, on a positive side, the breakfast was ample snd good for what they had. Rooms and grounds were very well-kept. Linens, bed comfort and water pressure were top notch. WIFI was lousy, breakfast food was poor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thermostats lock at 66 degrees minimum, and windows do not open, so sleeping was hot and stuffy. Online reservation pricing was raised 30% at check-in with no explanation.

The Hampton Inn chain is so consistent and the hotels are really great with good pricing. We are always so impressed by the cleanliness of the hotels, the wonderful breakfasts included, the well-equipped gyms, and the spacious rooms. At this property, the front desk staff is excellent - super friendly and helpful and nice. The staff providing the breakfast are so hard-working and we appreciate their dedication. The location is great and the great pricing makes is a no-brainer to book this property. I did notice the housekeeping staff using e-clothes, which is great for the environment to not be using paper towels, but there are still single-use shampoos and conditioners in the rooms, which could be replaced by dispensers to help cut waste.

We booked the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA as a last minute sleep over and to our surprise it was AMAZING. The hotel room was standard with fridge, coffee maker and other amenities we've now come to expect. It was clean and orderly with freshly made coffee awaiting in the lobby for our arrival. Or did it just seem that way? Later in the evening there were freshly made cookies! Delish! But the best part was the day shift and evening shift front desk women - Ariel and Suzanne. Both were a wealth of information and very eager to share it with us. They recommended a dinner destination - The Brasserie Restaurant and Bar - which we thought would be just standard bar food. We were so wrong. Excellent food. Excellent suggestion from the lovely ladies! The next morning we were served a breakfast with so many hot and cold choices that we all over ate. This was my first time in a Hampton Inn in many years and I have to say it will be my first choice from now on wherever we go.…
