We stayed here while visiting Lancaster, Pa. The rooms were themed, and ours was the Cowboy Room. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning while we were there, and Linda makes the best homemade Amish Baked Oatmeal! Our daughter came up to visit a few days after us, and they also stayed here. There is a swingset...

We rented 4 rooms for a period of 5 nights two weeks before Christmas. We had a truly exceptional time! The home was built in the late 1700's. The wood on the kitchen floor from the time of the Revolutionary War! The rates were reasonable. The rooms thematic! The beds delightfully cozy and comfy! The kitchen counter was our favorite...

Our host was a wonderful kind Lady. Had it not been for her, we would not have stayed. It's very cluttered, with lots of dusty decor. There was a overwhelming scent of something akin to incense or candles. This place would be so much more if it had a good cleaning. The reviews and pictures are not exactly accurate. If...

Linda, Dave, and the rest of the crew are fantastic hosts. Breakfasts are delicious! The Sunflower room was cozy with a very comfortable bed. Linda was very helpful in arranging a private tour of the area (very nice, a must do!), and an Amish dinner. The B&B is not far from the Sight and Sound Theatre (another MUST DO!!) There...

Everyone here was wonderful. Linda and her husband are amazing hosts. She was incredibly helpful with ideas on what to do and see. The breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect. Everything was clean. I do wish we were able to stay over on Sunday to attend church services. Most rooms are located upstairs, so know that you will be...

Took a Labor Day girls weekend to Pennsylvania and chose the Equestrian Estates B&B, and was not disappointed!! Linda and her staff immediately made you feel like family, and by the end of our weekend, we truly felt like we were! The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, and we enjoyed meeting the fellow guests, and getting to know everyone over a...

I would live at this place if I could. Linda is so heart felt and so compassionate. I loved the bed and breakfast, our room was the Equestrian Room and it was so big and pretty. Would stay there again. What can I say about the breakfast, it was absolutely wonderful. Everyone that we met was so kind and generous....

My husband, and I stayed at the farm house bed & breakfast for our Anniversary and to celebrate my husbands birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Linda. Linda is so comforting, optimistic, and just a sweet heart. She gave us a wonderful tour of the farm home, and showed us our bedroom (The cowboy room)! The breakfast (served at...

I would like to first say that Linda, her husband and the wonderful staff set the bar HIGH for great hospitality and cozy future Bed & Breakfasts to come! They made us feel so at home that it felt more like staying with beloved family than at a business. My mother and I planned this trip to Lancaster, PA a...
