The Hotel Lancaster was wonderful. We arrived with a large group of 10th grade students from the South on a class trip and stayed for 2 nights while touring the area. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the Manager was always on hand when we arrived. The location is absolutely beautiful with the convenience to walk to...

We have stayed here twice now when visiting our son. The hotel is clean, the staff kind, and the location is awesome. Go check out the Fulton Theatre. The shows there are awesome! Food within walking distance is really good too. Parking is an issue in downtown Lancaster but the parking garage next to the hotel is reasonably priced and...

Stayed at The Hotel Lancaster with a group of students for two nights while touring the area. The management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, convenient and we'll run. It's in the heart of a growing, vibrant downtown area. It offers an adequate continental breakfast and the lobby is comfortable and large. The guest rooms...

We had no major gripes with this hotel. The service was very good (for example, anytime we arrived or left we were warmly greeted by everyone at the front desk), even though I had to book by phone instead of online which was annoying. The hotel's nightly rate was fair and comparable to many other area hotels except that the...

This is our 3rd year coming here and it will be our last. When we first found this place everyone was so friendly this time not so much. We are not sure what happened from last year to this year but it appears as though they don't care anymore. Lets start with reception. After traveling all day we just want...

This hotel caters to business people that have to be in downtown Lancaster. My husband and I were touring the countryside and thought by being downtown, there would be restaurants and night life. The hotel is old, the rooms are small, the elevator is slow and some of the desk personnel were not knowledgable about the area. There are very...

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We apologize if your stay did not meet your expectations. We are centrally located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster with many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Our location allows easy driving to visit the Amish attractions during the day also. Thank you for your review.

What a gem tucked away downtown Lancaster. We decided at the last minute, meaning 1.5 days before a conference started, to see if there was a room. Amazingly enough, there was. Great customer service, friendly and personable and very accommodating. 8th floor room, comfy, clean and after a small hiccup with the Internet, all worked smoothly. Close to the convention...

Comfortable hotel near the heart of downtown, two blocks from the Marriott convention Center. Premises are clean and attractive. Staff friendly and helpful on check-in. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. Wi-fi free. Good bathroom facilities. Note: No handles or bars to help climb into or out of tub, so caution !!! Climate controlled, but rather noisy air cooling device. EXCELLENT...

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. For $210 a night we got a small hotel room, half-working elevator and the "continental breakfast" is comical. Wouldn't feel the need to write this if I didn't feel like it was so overpriced. Sorry Hotel Lancaster, but you'll need to up your quality in order to continue charging these...

My friend and I stayed here this past weekend for a girls weekend getaway.
