In my 56 years of travel, I have never stayed at a place worse than this, and I spent most of my working life on the road. It was not a hotel. There were no covers on the comforter on the bed, and the sheets...More
Pictures are very misleading....facility is very run down, dark and dirty. Reserved a handicapp room but none was available upon arrival. No first floor rooms. Very difficult to get a handicapp individual from car to inside...long bumpy ramp. Elevator was scary...only large enough to hold...More

There was talk of new ownership but frankly, I would avoid the Lancaster Host. I don't believe any of our convention participants has a "flawless" stay. Although we were told that things are supposed to be fixed, I only repair I saw underway was replacement of ceiling tiles in the halls where there were none. I would not feel right recommending this facility unless it has undergone a TOTAL renovation.
