Mary Jane & Roy were gracious host. The room are like home away from home. Breakfasts were delicious, Mary Jane is an excellent cook. We were guest for a week, visiting Manheim to spend Christmas with our son's family, which involved four grandchildren.

Roy and Mary Jane are warm gracious loving Christians. We did not have breakfast, but it sure smelled delicious when it was prepared for other guests. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. This was our second year and we plan to return again.

Victorian style rooms, one is like an apartment with full kitchen and sitting room. Close to downtown and a buggy went down the street. Breakfast was delicious with eggs benedict, scones and fruit. The owners are friendly and will share about their family, local resturants and things to do in the area.

Four of us stayed at the Dutch Pride B & B for two nights. We stayed upstairs, which was very beautiful and spacious-- two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, and a living room. It was also very clean and comfortable. We had access to their large screened-in back porch which we enjoyed in the evening. We were...

Traveling from New Hampshire, my daughter and I were attending the Spooky Nook Sports Arena for a basketball showcase and I was looking for a close place to stay. We couldn't have found a better fit. Mary Jane and Roy were wonderful. We came home late one night and being unfamiliar with the area, we knew right away where to...

Mr. and Mrs. Sauder are both an excellent host and hostess. We were so comfortable during our stay. They made sure we were well taken care of. Mrs. Sauder is an AMAZING cook! She always serves a complete breakfast with several courses. The Dutch Pride is the best lodging experience in Manheim, PA!

I introduced my two friends to the Green Dragon Flea Market, Zook's pies, Bird in Hand Bakery and other gastronomic wonders of Lancaster. We only wanted to stay one night at a bed & breakfast, which isn't easy to book. Most B&B's have a two night minimum. MaryJane was very agreeable to a one night stay. We had the upstairs...

Just spent the night with Mary Jane and Roy at the Dutch Pride B&B in Manheim. What a delightful experience. Our room was very large and beautifully decorated. Everything was charming and very clean. Mary Jane and Roy were welcoming and interesting. Made a great recommendation for dinner and provided an "over the top" breakfast the next morning. Price for...

“All the rooms we saw were good ones; you can't go wrong.”

“The "Anniversary Room" will give you pretty much the whole upstairs house with full kitchen, bath, living room, and dining room. There are two rooms located in that section so you want to either have more family with you or another couple you want to share the area with to ensure you have the whole area to yourselves. There is another large room with private bath on the same floor over the garage that is excellent as well (we stayed there before) with its own private bath and small kitchenette that works great as well.”

“All rooms are fine, perhaps the upstairs rooms are the very best. But, then, there is the sauna with the basement room!”
techstan, 7 Oct 2012 | Read review
“Room in the basement is large, and priced economically, it can be a bit noisy as you can hear people moving overhead.”
