Passed this little motel by as we thought it looked a little run down but then couldn't find anywhere else to stay. So we turned around and checked in to this little place. What a nice surprise! The manager/owner was super friendly and our room was very nice. Very clean and comfortable and quiet. The water pressure in the shower...

The room was very clean, furniture and accents were well kept. Very surprised to see quality towels, they must use fabric softener, not your typical hotel brand. Sheets were excellent, very soft (microfiber) perhaps. The only thing they didn't have was a hair dryer but I didn't need one anyway. The location is the reason I had chosen this property...

Excellent motel. Friendly staff. Very quiet and cozy. Owners are extremely accommodating. The grounds are immaculate and well manicured. Our room was like a studio apartment. I love this place and will DEFINITELY come stay for pleasure next time. 👍

Last minute decision to stay overnight in the Farmington area, and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated this little local Motel was. You can tell the rooms have been recently remodeled. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable (but I would bring my own pillow since theirs were very "mushy") and the bathroom was quite roomy and plenty...

Went for 4th of July weekend and had no trouble getting a room. When we got there the room was newly renovated. Our stay was clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. Will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Ohiopyle.

Arriving late at night in the rain, we were happy to be warmly greeted and given a nice room with 2 beds. It was cold and wet outside but cosy inside. The rooms have no frills but all that's needed is present. Good shower. For breakfast there is a place on the other side of the road. I hope this...

We loved staying here to avoid a chain and support locals. They keep the place very clean. We had a fridge and microwave. Sat by the pool out front in the evening. Great weather, but a lot of traffic. The rooms are in the back of the property so it was plenty quiet.

We were going to sees friends band at Lady Luck Casino and wanted to stay close since the weather was awful everywhere else was sold out. Since they do not have online reservations you to have to call them on the phone to reserve a room. Glad I did. We had a basic queen room which was extremely clean, newly...
