Sorry that I haven't shared this review with fellow travelers sooner. My fiance and I stayed at this B&B in November and had a wonderful stay. To say that prices were reasonable would be an understatement. The B&B itself has historical aspects to it and was clean and very well-kept. The Gordon's were most hospitable hosts. Home-made breakfasts with freshly...

This is my 3rd B and B and by far the most historic and unique. You get a house tour upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious - light and filling. The cut fruit was a nice addition and the homemade granola was amazing! If you need more than 1 cup of coffee, kindly let them know upon arrival because there...

The history of the place was interesting. The food was excellent and the innkeepers were informative, accommodating and absolutely charming. Flash was the most courteous and tolerant host. Room was very comfortable and spotless. I could find absolutely nothing subpar. A wonderful stay.

I was out on a solo trip to the east and this was my first stop along the way. I chose to use many different B & B's, but this one set the bar for others to follow. A great place to stay and awesome service.

This was a really nice, super interesting place to stay for 2 nights. It's a former Tavern, Post office, and living home, built in the late 1700's, that was restored to a quaint, charming, B&B by the current Husband and wife owners. The original flooring is unreal. Just a treat to even walk on. If you love interesting, historical, real-history...

My husband & I use B & B homes whenever possible & are always delighted whenever we find a truly well run & comfortable one. Ed & Barbara have thought of everything! Only stayed one night, but highly recommend. Comfortable bed, large room, modern bathroom, well lit & all the personal amenities one finds in a hotel. Thank you &...

We stayed just one night but would have enjoyed a longer visit! Ed and Barbara were very thoughtful hosts, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location, pretty gardens -- and Flash the terrier! We'll come back.

We booked into this B&B for a quick get-away, and were delighted. Located at an easy to find crossroads (hence the name), the innkeepers, Barbara and Ed, have done a superb job of maintaining the original architectural integrity of the building, and have furnished it in antiques and handmade reproduction pieces. They have thought of everything, from always available snacks...

So many details have been carefully thought out in this refurbished inn. It combines some original features from 1790 with modern reproductions and updates. The bed was wonderfully firm. There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom tub. The breakfast is cooked to order. I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the authentic historical atmosphere that Colonial Crossroads offered while still including tasteful modern appliances. The room was very clean and filled with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The innkeepers were not overly social, but were very respectful of our privacy. The food and coffee was all delicious and tastefully presented, but was not served...
