Be careful crossing the road, campground is on both sides of the street. Overall campground is tight behind us was tents. First night the tenters were loud and it was past quiet hours, I called the front desk and someone came down immediately to speak to them and it became quiet (which I was surprised). Second night no problems. Bathrooms...

I liked the location. The place had a lot to do on the weekend I was there. There was a haunted house, a haunted hayride, community fire, costume contests, site contest, and pumpkins for sale at front store. The kids really had a good time and we relaxed and had some drinks while watching the kids enjoy the campground. I...

Nice camp ground with nice sized lots. Very close to everything. The place just changed hands in May of 2016 so will have to see how it goes over the next year or two. Restrooms are always in good shape. The place does have wifi but is it very spotty.

We just camped at Red Run for Labor Day weekend 2016. Our original reservations were to camp at the Delaware shore but the incoming tropical storm forced us to leave DE and head further inland. The owners of Red Run couldn't have been more accommodating, especially since they technically, were full. We were able to salvage our long camping weekend...

This is a very nice campground that is situated pretty much right in the middle of Amish Country. Yes you will hear the clip- clip of the horse and buggies going by and you will smell the manure that is spread on the fields during certain times of the year. Why??? Because you are in beautiful Lancaster County!!! Farming is...

This campground was wonderful! People were friendly it's a beautiful area the only reason I gave it a four star was because it did not have sewer hookup. The staff was more than helpful. Nestled in the Amish country.

Narrow sites along the creek but the are very long, not much privacy among sites. Bathrooms are clean but older. Pool was clean. No activities at campground and not much to do in the area. But.....for a weekend to get away, grill food, have a campfire, sit by the creek...it's great

This well laid out campground is located in rural Amish country. Carriages pass through regularly and the short routes to the other Amish towns is through Amish farm land. Our site was quite nice with just well kempt grass, close to the office, and close to campground amenities. WiFi was available at the office. The owners were very nice, visited...

We recently had a family gathering with camping at Red Run Campground. The location is beautiful. Very peaceful and laid back atmosphere in the heart of the "real" Amish country. If your camping by the Covered Bridge be prepared to hear the clip clop of horses and buggies early in the morning as the neighbors make their way to market....

My husband and I decided to camp at the Red Run Campground for our third anniversary. We were not disappointed! The main reason we chose this campground was because it had the cheapest rate for tent camping in the area. The second was because the website and reviews talked about how it was in the middle of "Amish Country". This...
