The sites are spacious, especially in the upper level. 2 pools, although we have never been there when they are open. We stay there out of season. Clean and well equipped. The price is a bit steep but this is a nice campground

Lack of activities for kids and adults alike. Dead trees and campsites not level, mowed, and had holes in grass. Bathroom smelled of sewer. Lower level barn exterior is pathetic. Good pond but fish didn't bite but they're there. Overall run down and tired looking....More

We camp here midweek April or May to buy our flowers and vegetable plants from the many greenhouses in the area. Campground is always clean and quiet during this time. (Not a lot of other campers yet.

We stayed at Spring Gulch in April for 2 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised with the layout of the campsites which were very spacious and wooded. It’s very well maintained and situated in the beautiful Amish countryside. This is our favorite Thousand Trails/Encore.

A few recent reviews mention the walnut trees. We were in the 500 section this past weekend had had issues with the walnut trees also. They are very damaging and cause horrendous stains. The park needs to remove them. I... More

When we camped in the tent and rv area the price included water and electric. We didn't inquire about the other sites with cabins or the pool.
