We enjoyed our stay at this Country Inn! It is conveniently located and provides a comfortable and spacious place to rest and relax. The host is friendly and thoughtful and the house is loaded with fascinating books and decor to enhance the experience. We LOVED listening and watching for the Amish buggies passing by!

We recently stayed here for our second time and it was wonderful yet again. It's very clean. It's also super quiet (when the horses aren't clip-clopping by!). We were able to come and go as we pleased. It's in the heart of PA Dutch Country and exactly where we needed to be with regard to visiting my family and local...

We keep coming back to this warm and charming place for so many reasons. The suites are large and comfortable with fully equipped kitchens. Everything is scrupulously clean and tidy. We sleep like babies in this peaceful setting! Barb Musser is so warm and gracious and we feel like old friends. The ample parking and a lovely garden are also...

What a great place to stay! My family stayed for 2 nights and it was so wonderfula nd relaxing. Barb is a doll and the Post Office Suite was perfect for my family. Very clean and comfortable. Street and area is very quiet, very clost to Strasburg. Would absolutley stay here again! So much better than staying in a hotel!

We had never been to the Amish country, this place made us want to come back soon. A family of 6 with small children can have a hard time finding good lodging. Miss Barb provided us the best place we have ever stayed. She treated us like family from the start. Kids loved the place and it is very kid...

Our 3-generation family of four spent two nights in the tastefully renovated Old Post Office Suite – after picking up our daughter from college outside Philly. We just loved the uniqueness of the space with the multi-level sleeping room, the well-equipped country kitchen, the private bathroom and the historic nature of the building. I really loved waking up in the...

In a beautiful part of the greater Lancaster area, Musser's Historic Country Suites was a fantastic place for housing our bridal party. With various people coming from across the United States, the owners were very accommodating and flexible to meet our varying needs. Would recommend highly.

It was a delight to stay at the Old Post Office Suite. The place is carefully and beautifully renovated, the rooms are well furnished and beds comfortable. I came with a group of friends for a wedding in the area, and we all felt very at home here. Barb Musser is a very kind host and went out of her...

Our room was charming and comfortable and the hospitality was excellent! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Waking up to the clip clopping of Amish buggies was the perfect start to the day. It is our new home away from home 😊

Thanks for the review, Michelle. It was great to meet you and Lynne and your daughters. I'm glad you were able to make some wonderful memories including the raspberry picking in our yard. I hope you'll be back. That has been our greatest compliment by our guests over the last ten years of having people stay in our historic home,...

My sister-in-law and our daughters stayed at the Mussers' Historic Inn in the Storekeeper's quarters for 2 nights and loved it! The Quarters were spacious and comfortable, a real apartment. It was great to be able to prepare & eat breakfast in our own kitchen before venturing out for the day. Barb was wonderful about supplying us and our special...

“Very private. Storekeeper's Quarters require you to ascend a slightly steep staircase. Other option below does not. Can't lose either way!”

“There are 2 suites...one on the ground floor and one up a flight of stairs. The beds in the downstairs suite are not wheelchair accessible. One would have to be able to get up and down 2-3 steps to get to a bed. However, knowing Barb, she would probably figure out a way to get a bed to a place where a wheelchair-bound person would have access!”
