Stayed here 2+2 days for business. The inn itself is absolutely beautiful, the grounds tranquil and lovely. Squirrels and rabbits hop around and 2 house cats live a life of luxury. Staff is attentive and helpful and parts of the inn has original buildings from...More

We giggled with glee, as we finally feasted our eyes upon the tranquil 12 acre property of the historic Joseph Ambler Inn, originally part of 1000 acres of land, owned by William Penn. The Inn houses 52 rooms between the original 1820 Farmhouse, and the...More

The property is a series of building, some original to the original owner, some moved there to add rooms and facilities. Each building has its own character - as does each room, it seems. Food is excellent and the grounds are lovely, with patios and...More

Very quaint Inn. Would never have found it if it hadn't been on Living Social! It was a romantic get-a-way for us! We loved the room, The Pub and the grounds. Little alcoves throughout to relax, sip a drink, etc.
