Family style dinner, cottages where ( if you choose to let the night air in) you go to sleep with the sound of crickets and wake to a distant rooster's call, rockers on the porch and pleasant staff, all made my stay enjoyable. Seasoned hospitality with modern amenities and a great meeting space made my small "future innkeepers" workshop here... More

We arrived at Hickory Bridge cottages on a Saturday afternoon. The cottages are down a lane, away from the main enterprise. As soon as we entered our cottage (a bedroom with bathroom) there was an overwhelming smell from the wood burning stove that had a large amount of ash spilling out from it. The room was okay - an old... More

The restaurant on the property serves a fixed family style menu several evenings a week. We ate dinner here and were very impressed by the building, the staff, the service and the delicious food. The restaurant fully deserves a (5 - Excellent Rating). We stayed in one of the cabins on the property. It was clean and comfortable, but a... More

My husband and I went to Gettysburg to see the historical sites and do some biking. Both excellent. The BnB is in a rural area, yet a ten minute drive from Gettysburg. If you want to avoid all he mayhem and traffic and get a way to someplace quiet this is the place for you. With regards to the biking,... More

We had a wonderful time at Hickory Bridge Farm Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in a cottage and it was quaint and quiet. The food was fantastic. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend Hickory Bridge.

This is a lovely property that is close to Gettysburg. We stayed for two nights in one of the cottages. The cottages are very well appointed. They are rather spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was ample room so that you were not bumping into one another. Each set of two cottages shares a front porch that overlooks a... More

My husband and I have been coming to Hickory Bridge Farm since September 1997. We fell in love here and have been coming back ever since. This past year was a rough one, with my diagnosis of breast cancer. We came on New Years Eve to say good bye to 2014 and look forward to 2015. We are returning this... More

We returned to Hickory Bridge for our wedding anniversary weekend. We had eaten there 35 years prior. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and well appointed. Staff was very congenial and helpful and the grounds are beautifully managed. Dinner the first night was served amply with several entrees and sides served family style. The dining room is very homey... More
