This renovated former church property offers delightful accommodations coupled with close proximity to downtown Pittsburgh and free hotel van service to many local points of interest. The staff provides professional and friendly service and the complementary European style breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. Just an overall great experience in a wonderful city.

Just arrived in Pittsburgh after 26 hr of flying, what s charming hotel, with lots of quirkiness. Dinner options very limited, and not yet sure of the location, safety and accessibility to the Hospital. They did offer a shuttle bus which is great. I give it 3/5, on first impressions with a further review upon departure.

This is a beautiful hotel. The building is old, but that is a good thing. It has character, and stability, and history. I was very concerned about staying what seemed to me to be close to a highway, but we barely heard any traffic noise, thanks to the solid construction of the building. Our suite (on the 3rd floor) was...

Centrally located, great stay, would recommend, lovely. Recommend the east side of the hotel. Great service and people, lots of history. Walking distance to pirates or steelers and much more. Shuttle service is great also.

This place is more than a B&B, but less than a full service hotel. It is old but well maintained. As with all old hotels, the (comfortable) rooms are not uniform in size or layout. Some of the bathrooms are a little cramped. There is a very small bar off the cozy lobby. Breakfast (that's all there is) is a...

I travelled with my wife to Pittsburgh. What seemed like a good idea for hotel turned out to have missed the mark. The curtains were falling down and the breakfast was a disappointment. The staff however was super friendly (although unable to help with the wifi -- not a reason here for a bad review in itself. I actually thought...

Mr. Jacobs: Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased that you were well served by our staff. In terms of the guestroom, we'll have to drill down into what was up with the drapes. It's our expectation that your room will be perfect, and that should not have occurred. Please accept our apologies. With regard to the breakfast, if you have...

My wife and I stayed here in June 2011 so my review is based on that stay. We were in town for a Pirates game and this hotel met our needs. The front desk attendant (I believe his name was Willie) was friendly and professional. The room was a bit tight but we knew it was going to be that...

We happened upon this place via Priceline. The photos looked great and the price was very cheap, so we gave it a try. We were SO pleased and surprised by how lovely this hotel was. Extremely nice staff, quaint and lovely rooms, and such a unique and fun style. Lovely small and intimate bar. 24-hour fitness center. A+ all around....

After comparing prices and amenities at various hotels in the Pittsburgh area, The Priory was by far the best! I stayed at The Priory twice in the past two weeks for job interviews in Pittsburgh and had a great experience both times. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, not to mention quiet! The breakfast selection is great, and I...

My boyfriend and I decided to take a spur of the moment weekend getaway to Pittsburgh the weekend of January 13. Upon searching for hotel recommendations I came across The Priory Hotel. It looked like a perfect hideaway. And that it was! A true Pittsburgh Gem! The staff was excellent (even when I called to make the reservation they couldn't...
