We spent a night at the Trenthouse Inn in Rockwood on our family vacation and the Inn could not have been more perfect. The innkeeper welcomed us as warmly as if we were family and treated our two boys to fresh brownies and prepared our room with thoughtfulness and care. The house itself is cozy and interesting and the location...

We stopped by for breakfast. The food was fine. Our table received complimentary homemade doughnuts. Nothing fancy about the decor or the food but we were happy with the staff and our food. Many of the patrons were locals, always a good sign.

In conjunction with Denny9429 comments, I agree with his assessment of the Trenthouse and with the generosity and kindness of its owner, Maryann. After biking on the GAP all day, the Trenthouse and its owner were a perfect ending of a tough biking day.

There were 3 of us sixty year old guys doing the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail. Maryann, the owner, picked us up and drove us to the Inn. After, a tough 50 mile ride on the trail, she and her Inn were the perfect solution. Although the diner part was closed she made us a terrific dinner. The accommodations were...

We were at nearby Camp Soles but wanted modern conveniences for sleeping/bath. Could not have found a more perfect setup: comfortable beds; practical bath; and the most gracious hostess. Their first rule is "make yourself at home" - and they mean it! While we didn't take breakfast with the room - we have eaten there before, and the breakfast menu...

My friend and I stayed here after a day touring Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater. Before we even arrived, Julie texted us with suggestions of what to do in the area and to make sure we didn't need any help with directions. When we arrived, she greeted us with homemade chocolate chip cookies and provided great recommendations for dinner nearby and...

I took the husband here for an overnight getaway for his bday. What a lovely establishment that Maryann is running! I spoke to her on the phone to make the reservation. (I had sent an email requesting availability information via a link on the website. I had expected to get availability information via that email but instead, the email suggested...

This quaint, cozy and exceptional find is amazing. Maryann and Her Mom, were the most attentive, gracious and warm inn keepers that one could ask for. The rooms were beautiful, comfi, warm. Personal. The breakfast is fabulous. Lunch menu perfect. Maryann does it all. Yummy and Bravo to you. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fine victorian...

The attention to detail is phenomenal. Freshly ironed sheets, polished hard wood floors, plenty of clean and fresh towels, and a sparkling bathroom is just a few of the things that this quaint B&B offers. The owner asks you what YOU would like for breakfast and what time! My son loved the savory chocolate waffles, while my husband and I...

Stayed here for a weekend trip to see Falling Water. We booked last minute with ease. We arrived after dark and after almost hitting a deer, I was shaking when I arrived. We were warmly welcomed and offered drinks and snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable (I was nervous having never stayed at a b&b before), the room was cozy...
