This condo is a place to stay at night while you do other activities all around. We had GREAT leaf peeping trips, our shoppers found places to browse, and our main objective, seeing college friends was accomplished. Condo a very mixed bag: old, a few things updates, other things probably there when built in the 70's? 80's? Unit was spacious...

Yes this place is very run down. However it was clean & quiet. Easy to get to and travel here and there. Check in is strickley adhered to, no early access. Unlike other places I have been to. Management was able to accommodated us by having a unit with the lease amount of stairs. And it did have WIFI included...

This place has about been run into the ground but we expected worse based on the reviews. We were just looking for beds to come home to and it met that need. We had to buy some kitchen supplies (frying pan, plastic spoons) because some resources were scarce. It's. A ski lodge type place. Don't come expecting luxury. The carpets...

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Ski Side Village. I own a time share and traded my weeks for one week here. 1st of all, I stayed in a time share house. I was very disappointed with the entire house; here are just a few things: 1. The house is grossly outdates, for which I was under...

The pros: great internet, spacious , quiet and clean. The con: man who I spoke to several times on the phone was rude/ acting like I was a nuisance by bothering him with my calls. After being told I would get the loan of an iron Wednesday morning (request made on Monday) he let my call on Wednesday go to...

No customer service. None. Room had a padlock on the door when we got there! Washer & dryer didn't work properly. There wasn't even a hair dryer in the bathroom. The pool had a port a potty next to it - no hot tub (even though advertised). We left.

We stay 2-3 nights every year and the location is perfect for what we want, we exchange through RCI and get the 2 bedroom with loft. The unit has plenty of room for the 8 of us, yes the furniture is a little dated & worn but how much time do you really spend in the room so if you...

We stayed at Ski Side Village 19-23 DEC 2015. The facility managers, Josie and Francis, were absolutely wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The location was also perfect; adjacent to Camelback Ski resort. The actual condo was in poor structural condition; the building leaned such that the patio door would not shut completely. There were visible cracks in the wall. Aesthetically,...

The apartment is falling apart.Old furniture ,dirty carpets. The Scary part was when I striped the bads ,you see why you where scratching all over !! The pillows and bed where sooooo dirty ,sham on a place that is part of RCI. The kitchen didn't have the minimum and on the next day we found roaches runing all over.

This review is based upon staying in Unit 2--two bedroom plus a hide-a-bed. A few positive things to say. Location is good--pleasant area. Unit was clean. Nice to have the hot tub and sauna in the unit. Other than my following comments on the kitchen and dining area, the unit had a lot of space for 4 people. This unit definitely...
