Inside it's pretty much like any other hotel room--it's a bit longer and narrower, and has that cool cupola overhead. It's really fun to have the experience of staying in a caboose. We stayed 1 night after taking the train ride, then did the other tourist area attractions the next day. It's not a 5 star hotel by any means,...

This is a quaint motel of about 15 cabooses on two tracks side by side. It was comfortable but basic. 2 smallish beds, a desk and 2 simple desk chairs and one somewhat more comfortable chair. They have nice decks on them and several of our neighbors were enjoying that opportunity. There is a large plastic plant next door and...

We spent the night here after riding the OCT railroad in Titusville. It is a very unique place to stay but the outside area could definitely use some cosmetic work (painting, walkways, etc.) The inside of the caboose cars were comfortable but also in need of some TLC. The cars are conveniently located across from the OCT railroad and are...

My boyfriend and I visited the Caboose Motel in August and spent two nights. We also went on the murder mystery train ride and then visited the Drake Well. My boyfriend absolutely loved the Caboose Motel! In fact on our first night home he said he wished he was back in the caboose! The interior was roomy and clean, the...

This is the second different place that I've had the opportunity to sleep in a caboose. We came up for the Murder Mystery on the OC&T and spent the night here. Very comfortable, nice bed, nicely appointed and air conditioned to boot. A great place for families or Grandpa to take the grandkids.

I will start by saying we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Caboose Motel. It is a unique experience to sleep in a rail car that has been renovated with all the amenities of a hotel room. The staff was friendly and the rail car was clean. It appears each car has it's own hot water heater, and the shower,...

What an amazing experience. We chose a king sized bed cabose, we had ample space, plenty of hot water, clean,a/c worked great. All that you would expect staying in a hotel, but its a caboose. Yes there is cable tv and wifi. Staff friendly. Room very quiet. Trains connected but have your own deck with chairs. Very private even though connected. We...

The Caboose motel is a great place to stay when you are tired of the normal room! There are about 16 Caboose cars on a small stretch of track (about 100 feet from a historic tourist train track). It was just so much fun! My wife, and I laughed about sleeping in a real caboose all night!

We thought it would be fun to stop here. Each room is a caboose. The motel is actually by the train station and there are other unused cars around. It is cute. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, there was wifi and there were lots of towels. I especially liked the light that came in in the...

We stayed at the Caboose Motel after riding the Oil Creek & Titusville Railroad. Pros: It was very inexpensive. I believe we paid $59 for a night for a caboose with two beds. The room was more spacious than you would think. It was very convenient to the train -- literally across the parking lot. And, of course, the kids...
