The customer service of Lynne at the front desk set this hotel apart. I check in to a lot of hotels well after midnight and the overnight clerks are not always very welcoming. Lynne was very courteous and kind. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.
As for the hotel itself, it appears to have been built or renovated within the last ten years. The king room and the bathroom were on the smaller side. But there was a spacious glass shower that gave it a more premium feel and made it seem less cramped. (The double queen rooms have regular tub/curtain showers.) It seemed clean and I didn't have issues with noise.
The pricing was a bit high. But I was overall quite satisfied.
As for the hotel itself, it appears to have been built or renovated within the last ten years. The king room and the bathroom were on the smaller side. Hotel was immaculate. Rooms were very nice. Location is great. Staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay for a large wedding in the area. Specific mentions for Katrina Spalding for booking/modifying our block of reservations and accommodating some last minute changes. Also, John, Dan, Amari, Lynne and Debbie were extremely helpful throughout the two days with our group, setting up our gift bags, snacks, signage, etc....Leon was great with our post wedding private brunch. All food staff and chef were helpful and everyone commented that the food was very good. I would recommend the hotel for any large events/gatherings etc.

We had a hard time regulating the temperature of the room and the HVAC unit was pretty noisy. The TV also froze quite a bit but there were multiple HBO channels, when the TV was working. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly upon check-in. However, the room was clean and comfortable. Noise from the hallway was mostly non-existent, even with two wedding parties in the hotel. The shower was amazing, great water pressure and temperature easily regulated. The location, just off the Turnpike, was great. There is a grocery store a 5 minute drive from the hotel and there is a fridge and microwave in the room so we saved money there. Parking was plentiful. Overall, a good place to stay in a convenient location. No bells and whistles but I look for clean above all and this fit the bill.

My father taught me that you can judge a diner/ restaurant by their coffee. The coffee at The Hilton Garden Inn was horrible so I didn’t bother eating there. Even the single serve in the room was bad. Maybe it was the water. I was also disappointed that there was no complimentary continental breakfast. The bad coffee assured me that the breakfast wasn’t worth paying for.
The downstairs lounge areas and bars were very inviting but my room could use a little white glove treatment. There were cob webs in the windows and upon my arrival there was hair in the sink and shower. I booked my stay here because of charge anxiety but fear not Tesla charging stations are all over. Disappointed that I had to sign up and deposit $ for ChargePoint and it didn’t even work.

No Vent Fan in the Bathroom so the mirror gets fogged up.
Important... found only one USB charger (on the back side of the TV)
No pens or pencils in the room Plus nothing to write on.

Thank you SeaDog64 for staying with us and as always, for the feedback on your stay, particularly that the important essentials of a clean room and a comfortable bed were on the mark. Currently, it is true that while the guestroom has numerous outlets, we do not yet have dedicated USB ports, but that is obviously only a matter of time before we upgrade the guestroom with this feature. During the Covid-19 era, Hilton in order to minimize guest touch points, removed the pens and paper from the rooms. It is our hope that this standard offering will return in the near future. Lastly, you are 100% accurate in that since all Hilton Garden Inn hotels have a restaurant on-site, breakifast is not free. However, compared to the pre-frozen and pre-packaged breakfast offerings given out on a complimentary basis, our restaurant features eggs produced in Lancaster County, PA. Bacon and Sausage are produced in nearby Hatfield, PA, and the mushrooms served on our made to order omelletes are produced in Kennett Square, PA. Whenever possible, we integrate key local ingredients to our menus. Thank you again!

My wife and I recently booked this hotel for our wedding weekend, including a block of rooms for our guests. Out of all of the details involved with planning a wedding, this hotel quickly became our biggest headache. Multiple "missing" room reservations, miserable front desk employees, and just O.K. rooms, made this one of the few negatives of our wedding weekend. We even booked a $1,000 farewell brunch on Sunday, BUT still did not qualify for a bride/groom room discount because we only booked 13 rooms from our block; short of the minimum.
I would like to give a very positive review to Leon who managed (single-handedly) our Sunday farewell brunch. He was one of the few happy, and friendly members of the hotel staff we ever saw. Leon did an awesome job taking care of us on Sunday morning. Thanks, Leon!
I honestly don't want to waste any more of my time commenting on how poor the service and professionalism is/was at this location, so I will leave it at this; look elsewhere. There are plenty of much nicer places to stay (especially for special events) in this area.

Outstanding service and accommodations for our 90+ out of town guests attending my daughter's wedding on June 7th. The process started over a year ago when I first reached out to Katrina Spalding. Katrina was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She answered our many questions and many requests, gave recommendations and although there were several weddings occupying the hotel that weekend, we always felt special. Also when we underestimated the space needed for a next day brunch she arranged the placement of the buffet to accommodate our guests, both inside our portion of the ballroom as well as the outside patio which worked out perfectly. And the food for the breakfast buffet was delicious. We added some breakfast sandwiches to the buffet which were some of the best I've had in a long time. The hotel itself is excellent and seems remodeled from the pictures on the website. The rooms were all very comfortable and clean and the suites were huge. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have had a better experience.

The only staff member that was nice and professional was the African American young lady that checked me in. The bed was so hard and unclean, the bathroom tube kept clogging up. While at the hotel the next morning the lady at the front desk was very rude, she was on her phone the whole time, she barely had time for myself or anyone else that walked up to the front desk. The staff that was suppose to be working at the party was very unprofessional, the woman passing out the horderves was passing it out to just anyone that was at the bar, she never walked into the party to pass out the food. she only walked around 4 times, 2 with each tray. The man working the carving station was not there for basically the whole party. There was a guy walking around the party the whole night and making the guest feel very uncomfortable. When I first came down before the party started I asked the bar tender where was the second bar tender he said oh she will be out once I start to get busy she has stuff to do. I walked back out serval times and it was still just him working. Finally close to the end of the party the event planner was behind the bar helping him. The same event planner came to the dj and pulled out a contract and told him that there was no fog machine allowed. She should of came to Collette or one of her three children to discuss this with them not the DJ. very unprofessional. The lady who was passing out the horderves was cleaning off the tables and not asking the guess were they finish and throwing away there food and drinks from the bar that they paid for. A guest mentioned to her that a bug crawled on the table and her response was well one of you must have brought it. That was not ok nor was it professional. The same guy that circled the party was very rude and disrespectful to the DJ and Collette and her son.

For the benefit of all TripAdvisor travelers, this first time reviewer is recounting issues that were addressed and resolved amicably in an in-person meeting between the the hotel's management team and a family having an event recently. We can only assume that this review was created prior to the meeting. While we respectfully disagree with some aspects of what was recounted, we always will deal with all guests with respect and dignity in person and fully acknowledge that we have never been, nor will ever be perfect, and we strive every day to be the best at our profession. We hope all TripAdvisor travelers take a multitude of reviews into consideration when making their traveling decisions, particularly those from frequent travelers and contributors of the TripAdvisor community.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 is because the room itself was clean and comfortable. Everything else about this one night stay was a disaster. I booked this room as part of a block for my friends wedding. It was booked for the babysitters taking care of my and the brides babies. I was asked to send in a credit card verification form since someone other than myself would be checking in. I sent in the form and received a verification that it had been received. I was then charged $600 for the send away brunch that was suppose to be put in the brides credit card. I was never informed that this happened. I only noticed by looking at my credit card statement. Two days before the wedding I called to double check that everything would be good to go for the babysitters to check in. I spoke with Tina, and was told that there was no credit card authorization on file. That it may be in another office but it would be “easier” if I just sent it in again. She said she would send me another form but she never did. After resending the form, I emailed the person in charge of room blocks. She told me that the form was received and that the babysitters wouldn’t have any issues checking in. Well the babysitters were met by Tina that night and were told there was no reservation made for them, even though I had provided them with a confirmation number. They were finally able to get a room but only after having to give push back….we also had an issue with our own room. The bride had booked the room for my fiancé and I. During the same call that I made To verify that everyone would be ok to check in, Tina made it sound like it was an easy fix to just change the name of the reservation from the brides name to my fiancé’s name since he would be the one checking in. Why didn’t she offer this for the babysitters? When he showed up to check in, she told him there was no reservation for him, for me or for the bride. He had to make a new reservation and then ended up missing the shuttle to the wedding…when we told Tina of all the mistakes made in the morning, she stated that she didn’t remember doing any of that and offered no apologies. This is just added onto a long line of complaints from the bride and groom. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Might be in back parking lot call property
They are now throwing me a disabled perosn out on the streets and allowing a corporate group to smoke dope and cigarettes inside of their room. I am suing them in federal.court for discrimination. David hirsch, who responded to your comments, sits outside and chain smokes cigarettes while he hides behind an email and sends me derogatory emails. Stay here at your own peril. It is 4 am and the corporate group is still slamming their doors. I have them on video saying some.nasty stuff. When i shared the videos to family and friends, they are appaled at the behaviors which are allowed in this hotel. Once i began to report the corporate group, david hirsch began to retaliate against me to the point he is now throwing me out on the streets knowing i am disabled. This place is beyond sickening.

Breakfast - Monday through Friday 6:00am to 10:00am
Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 11:00am
Dinner - 5:00pm to 9:00pm with room service available during these hours. A special Lounge Menu is also available from 4:00pm until 11:00pm.
