Cute, quiet and comfortable. Room to move around including bathroom. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice complimentary breakfast area and food. In the heart of West Chester which is not our vibe but makes for an interesting stroll.

Stayed at the Warner for a business trip. Great area and felt totally comfortable walking the streets to all sorts of eating and shopping establishments. The room was spacious, clean and did not feel dated. The front desk provided a discount card that is good at several restaurants that are within walking distance. Parked in the parking garage directly across...

Not sure if management here is dishonest or just disorganized. Reserved and confirmed a "deluxe corner king" room more then a month ago for a Saturday night stay. At check-in, everything was in order until we got to the room, which was clearly not a corner room and clearly not deluxe (unless you consider a direct view of the air...

Couldn't beat the location. Even if you don't choose to park overnight in their garage, you should pull in when you arrive so you can unload your stuff before parking elsewhere. Trying to unload at the front entrance on North High Street is unpleasant, especially if there is snow piled up preventing you from opening up your car. The garage...

I usually am not wild about hotels in the middle of downtowns. Not used to the constant noise typically surrounding them. Sirens, cars, yells, etc. But - I was pleasantly surprised with this place! Very quiet even though we were right on a very busy street. Staff was very gracious, and the bellboys (is that correct term? PC?) were outstanding....

Nice hotel in a great location! The staff was friendly and offered recommendations for area restaurants within walking distance. I was traveling alone on a business trip and felt very safe walking to a local restaurant. The room was average with some updates. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows! Two complimentary bottles of water were left in the mini-fridge...

We had a nice stay at this historic hotel located in the heart of West Chester, Pennsylvania. The staff was very welcoming when we checked in. The parking was a bit confusing and we ended up a block away at a parking garage. The room was nice, but not much of a view. Because I booked through Trip Advisor they...

Nice historic building in the center of town, Room was clean and tidy, with the TV hidden in a cabinet, which was a nice touch, and there was a basic continental breakfast. It met my expectations for a hotel and I would stay again.
