We recently had a five day stay at the Woodlands! We loved it the first time we were there and looked forward to going back with family. There is something for everyone. Our streamside king room, this trip, was comfortable and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the stream and falls. The only down side was that there was a wedding...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I have stayed here several times even though it is close to home. It always feels like a vacation away from home. The public hot tub can hold over 50 people, it is deep up to 3 feet in areas and if you go during the week this hotel is quieter then weekends. It is like you own the pool...

The staff could not have been more helpful. This place is a little gem. There are 2 restaurants and a free breakfast buffet w great waffles and made to order omelets. We were given a stream-side room which immediately helped my blood pressure. There was a small waterfall also. Fabulous.

Friendly staff but my husband had an injured foot and there was no elevator access to the room. We had to go up the steps and down the steps with our heavy luggage. We were there for a wedding and we had limited space to hang our suits and dresses for the weekend event. We were able to get a...

Had a great stay, in the Tower. It is a very quiet area with elevator excess. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Melinda, Alyssa and Becky manned the front desk and operated the shuttle to the Mohegan Sun Casino and back to the Hotel. The Hot tub and indoor poor were very comfortable with a bathroom, shower, changing room right...

Woodlands is one of the best kept secrets in the Wilkes-Barre area. Mrs. Nater & I stayed in the tower and we loved the suite, the dinning area and the hospitality. Front desk and restaurant staff were awesome. The setting, first class customer care and rate all make it an attractive hotel to definitely stay there in the future.

The staff was very friendly. But security guards EVERYWHERE ! Why ? Very noisy. A lot of really drunk people. Small outdated rooms, no closets. Parking was really tough. Probably due to all the "nightlife".

Dear Guest, I am so sorry you were disappointed. You were probably here during a fraternity/sorority event, that is the reason for the security, to keep the noise down which it seems didn't work. I wish you would give us a second opportunity to provide you with a great stay. Thank you, Ross Kornfeld

Room clean as a whistle, great balcony, beds, all really beyond the great value of the room. Not to mention the extras,,,,happy hour, nice lounging areas, small touches, look down at the stream,,neat things tucked in along the shrubs,,,sooooo cool, been to many places, no one does this. Walking areas within courtyard. I mean, just going down the hallways from your room, cool...

I grew up in this town and the most elite place in the whole region was The Woodlands. The setting is beautiful, in the woods with a creek; the nightclub has always been a big attraction; and the restaurants were known to be among the best in the region. Since I lived here, I never stayed in the Hotel. So...

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your recent experience. I certainly wish that your stay was much more pleasant, my apologies on behalf of our hotel. I don't know why your room wasn't cleaned, but certainly an apology should have been given by our desk staff when you made the inquiry. I hope that you will give us a second...

GREAT Weekend ! We spent the weekend at Woodlands Inn for Hubby's birthday and had a blast! Friday night there was a great band and Saturday night was the MMA fight. There was also free shuttle service to the nearby casino with a really nice van driver who is available at a moments notice, and there are several food and...
